the lakewood office is the worst place I've ever been to. the receptinist **** has been putting me off for 2 months now. She don't know what she's doing and has given me the run around. I've been calling and want to talk to the owner but she won't pass the message on. I canceled my up coming appointment and am going somewhere else. My insurance already paid them and I'm waiting to get a refund so I can go elsewhere.Review from Mark E

I'm not happy with the hearing aids and feel like I was *************** into purchasing them. The adjustments performed by the tech have not helped. Also, the financing through ***** Fargo has been painful. Bottom line, I should have investigated the product more and would not have purchased.Review from Phillip A

My dead father continues to get mailings from Beltone. The real issue is that the mailings are designed to scare older people. Outside on the envelope the return address ONLY says ***************** ******************************************************************* red letters it says "Second Notice." "Time Sensitive." Important Documents Inside. What is in the inside is just an advertisement for ******* Beltone hearing center signed by *************************, **-HIS.Shame on the them for scare tactics to get senior citizens scared and worried.Also, again, get a better list. I do not think long dead people need hearing aids and do not need continued junk mail repeating over and over.Review from Thomas C

Beltone is a high-pressure sales scam that refuses to honor contract cancellations and refunds - even worse, they refuse to cancel financing through Allegro Credit (15%) interest) owned by *************** who specializes in ruining customers credit files and FICO. I got Beltone hearing aids and kept telling them I could not hear my tv with them. They kept adjusting and still couldnt hear tv. They said there was something that I could get for my tv to make it better and it cost only ***** I went ant got new hearing aids cheaper and they are windfall. I paid out of pocket and had to finance the Beltone. The Dr I have now and got new hearing aids from said my Beltone was not strong enough for my hearing. Also Beltone gave me a pair to try and ordered me a pair but when I went to pick them up she said Im just going to leave you keep those one. Yes they were used by other customers. I support myself and didnt have that kind of money to put out but I did it cause I needed them. And they were not good at allReview from Wilma M

I HAVE NO SATISFACTION IN BEING ABLE TO HEAR PROPERLY/CLEARLY (NOT ABLE TO RECOGNIZE MOST WORDS) WITH MY $10,000. LOUSY LEASED BELTONE HEARING AIDS. I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING FOR 2 YRS HOW I STILL CANNOT HEAR CLOSE CONVERSATIONS AND OTHER PEOPLE WITH THEIR HEARING AIDS CAN, AND THEY DON'T HAVE BELTONE. EVERYTHING SOUNDS LIKE ITS IN A TIN CAN INCLUDING TELEVISION. I CANNOT HEAR TONES IN MUSIC OR TONES OF PEOPLES VOICES IN ANY CONVERSATON. THE HAS (HEARING AID SPECIALIST) ***************************, IN **************** ** HAS PATIENTS IN 3 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AND DOES NOT RESPOND TO MY PHONE CALLS. I AM 83 AND ACTIVE. I HAVE SPENT OVER $6,600. AND STILL CAN'T HEAR PROPERLY. TALK ABOUT RIP-OFF OF SENIORS.
