This company gives my 96 year old mother's phone number to sales people to call her at all hours of the day and night, disturbing her and causing confusion. I have told them 4 times not to call her and they keep doing so. She has no home to sell. She lives in assisted living. Unacceptable behavior. Calls came from: *****************-586-1662; ************; ************ from different cities in ********. I keep blocking the numbers, but then you call from other numbers.Must have this company remove my mom's number from their system. No one must call my mom at ************. NO business calls to that number from anyone!***** *******

We sent a request to our backend team to permanently place ************ on our Do Not Call list. As you can see from the screenshot, it took them several days to address this request. We sincerely apologize for the disruption, and we thank you for bringing this important issue to our attention. Following this incident, we implemented an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system that allows anyone to press 9 if they wish to be added to our DNC list. This way, we can ensure this will never happen again.

This company calls me constantly at work which is the number I provided below. ********* Teams picks up their name but I'm sure they also represent a number of other robo calls to my work and personal cell.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you have experienced due to our calls. We strive to maintain the highest standards of communication and do not use robo callers or spam tactics. It appears we must have received your phone number falsely through an inbound lead, which led to these unwanted calls.
We are committed to resolving this issue promptly. Please know that we have removed your phone number from our contact list to ensure you no longer receive calls from us. If there is anything else we can do to address your concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your understanding.

First off this company called me for weeks from different numbers and different people. I finally had a listening ear to a **** person about selling my property. I initially said Id think about it. He called several more days. He quoted an offer, I countered, then **** countered. I said ok. I receive an email with a contract to sell my property to Direct Property Aid, Malwina being listed as buyer. Closing was to be in 30 days at a title company. 30 days go by. I call **** he doesnt answer, I text **** he doesnt respond. I call **** immediately after from a different phone he answers!!!!! I ask him about the contract and sell and he says ******** handles the contracts, she didnt call you!? I respond no and I also let him know that I called from my number but he didnt answer and is seemingly avoiding my calls. His only response was Im just getting online LIES! I called from a different number all morning, he answered, and I hung up until I mustered up the courage to confront this scammer. I am waiting to see whats the purpose behind it all. But I will not be hustled or scammed out of my property.

February 2021, I received an unwanted communication from Direct Property Aid to my cell phone without my express written consent in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Direct Property Aid stated that my phone number would be removed from their Do Not Call List and that Direct Property Aid would follow the rules and regulations of the *****February 25th. and 28th. I received again unwanted calls without my written permission, violation of the ***** Direct Property Aid again wanted to know if I was interested in selling my home. My number was not deleted nor were any TCPA rules or regulations followed.I have sent Direct Property Aid certified mail and e-mail correspondence to communicate with them. The post office cannot deliver mail to the listed address on the BBB nor has any e-mail been answered.

This company over the last 5 months continue to send me information for a property at **********************************************************************. I've called their number each time to explain that not only am I not a property owner, and have requested that my name be removed from their mailing list. Each time I've been informed by whom ever is answering the number at ************, that they would delete my name and number from their list. this past weekend, I get yet another solicitation for the above mentioned property as it pertains to purchasing the property. Seeing that this continues to occur, I've checked Cook County records to ensure that I do not have any properties under my name (Just in case of fraud) and finally went to the address to see for myself. In short, while sitting in front of this ************ Facility (*************), I again called the number ************ and again spoke with supposedly business owner and request that my name be removed from their business mail list and also informed her that the above address was a ************ Facility. It's bad enough to deal with mail that really belongs to you, however, it is poor business when a person is solicited by phone, blocks the number and then starts receiving mail. It needs to stop and Direct Property AID needs to validate property, and owners names if they are going to solicit for validity first. It's a nightmare getting rid of these people.Thank you for your time.

      Hello,

We at Direct Property Aid pride ourselves in our accuracy and diligence, thus this situation is a complete misunderstanding. We are by no means in the business of contacting individuals regarding the sale of a nursing home, or any property they do not own for that matter. We truly apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
