My cars check engine light came on. Came to report the issue with certify mechanic at story auto parts and service on 01/12/2022 He checked it told me what part need to be changed. It was oxygen sensor. He ordered the part the same day asked me to pay deposit of $100.00 and told me to come back the next day to replace it, so I did. The I was charged $260.00 they clear the codes. Few hours later the same lights came on. I went back and he told me its the same codes but he need to charge me ****** more since there need to be more work done. I e spend more than 3hours in the shop? This is simply a scam. I truly believe because Im a female the owner tried to scam me and double charge me. Nothing was fixed. Im having the same issue and I have to go to different mechanic. Spend more time and money. Very disappointing and very sad we cant trust business.
