Due to the unsatisfying service, the reception desk promised me ***** rewards points as compensation on March 5, 2022. But I didn't see the arrival of points in my accounts. I emailed ***********************************, the ***************** and Training Manager, about the issue. The points are still missing after 6 months. and nobody response anything after my email.Customer response
