      I was at spaderma in north shore (********) to do Botox with another family family. Our total was $1,160 (420) for me and (740) my family member. We paid a total of $940 cash and $444 credit card which totals $1,384. When I called spaderma and spoke with the cashier who cashed me about the issue, she lied and said we never gave her extra cash. She then said she will talk to manager and call me back, never did. I then called next day and spoke with two different individuals regarding the manner. Manager called and stated I believe our employees word. I then asked her is she has cameras to which she confirmed yes, and asked cameras be reviewed as the money was counted ONE by ONE on the counter (3x). And money was given 2 times with different amounts. She then said she isnt sure if she can detail the money amount. Employee is a liar, and manager handled situation wrong.

      On 1/13/22 Klaudia Pjetrush and Barbara Pjetrush came in for their appointments at our North Shore location in ********. ******* paid for both appointments, please see attached for the receipts. In total, the cash provided was $300 (for *******) and the amount collected for Klaudia was $420. This totals $720 in cash and receipts were sent to the patients. These two patients were personal friends of the front desk representative who checked them out. For some reason, Klaudia felt she gave $940 in cash to us. This isn't the case. We count our drawers multiple times a day, everything has to be reconciled all the time. The front desk representative has been a loyal employee for over 3 years and she was personally hurt by the fact that her friends would accuse her of stealing $220 in cash. We searched high and low for the cash which could've been easily misplaced by the customer. We don't have camera footage of the exchange unfortunately. Despite there being little evidence to show we are at fault we will give this patient the benefit of the doubt. She disputed $220 of her credit card transaction which we have accepted so that $220 in funds is released to her account. Klaudia has been made aware that we are accepting the dispute in her favor!
