So all American limousine in ******* was hired to take my granddaughter and her friends to the *********************** concert tonight. Never showed never called. After a conversation with my daughter-in-law they claim they never received the contract. We have a confirmation number and they charge my credit card immediately. What a s***** outfit

Booked this company to go to *************** Professional website. Original limo agent was very accommodating. At 6:00am the day of travel I received a recorded phone call from ****** saying the train was canceled. Talked to ****** & they said it was canceled (bridge problem in ******** due to wildfires). Called All American Limo at 6:53am (4.5 hours before pick-up) to cancel the limo since ****** canceled the train (wildfires). Agent said no refund. Said to call back in 2 days to talk to the original agent. When I talked with the original agent I said I wanted to use their service a month later for the same trip. He said that since we were going to use them again he wouldnt charge for the original trip. That was assuring & led me to think they were reputable. He said to make a new reservation online & he would email a confirmation. Since I didnt get an email I contacted All American Limo & spoke with the original agent. He said the owner would only refund the ********** Reminded him of his ************ said call back the next day to talk to the manager. Spoke with the manager & got nowhere. He said he would only refund the tip. Website says cancelations not made in 48 hours would not have to pay tax or tip. Manager did not abide by what the website says. When I told him the cancelation was due to a natural disaster he said it was my fault because I wasn't aware of the wildfires. He told me to **** ****** for the limo. I wanted to split the limo cost but the manager wouldnt agree. He told me either I wanted the future reservations or I didn't. The conversation became elevated. He hung up on me. I am bothered that company doesnt honor or stand behind what their employee promised. They arent willing to work with a customer who had to cancel due to a natural disaster. I own a business & have never told a customer that we would retract a promise made by an employee or arent willing to work them. I dont recommend this company based on the how they do business.

Very disappointed with All American Limo. They left me stranded at the airport and "claimed" they didn't have a reservation. I would not recommend this company. Nobody called to follow up and apologize for their s**** up. Wish I could give zero stars.
