We called the company to come repair our refrigerator in June, 2024. They came out and said the fans were frozen and would need to let them thaw out. Decided to order a $500 part. Came back several days later to install part. Told we could have it removed and get a refund if didn't work per receipt and business card. Came out several more times to check if still working. Week later still not working different guy came out indicated it maybe another part. At this point we. decided to get a new refrigerator and requested the part be removed and get a refund. Told we would get a refund, but would be out to install another part. Told them no. Still came and tried to install. One of the workers, who said he was a manager, was wearing a dingy white t-shirt. Emailed a letter still haven't received a refund. Should have read the BBB before dealing with this company. Not sure any of them know what they are doing.Review from Steven M

We are a senior a couple we call A-Appliance and they been working on our Washer machine since 6/17/23 and we have paid hundreds of dollars for service and a small part the first time which it was supposed to have been a minor problem. Since then, they been called for the same problem three more times, each time the bill gets bigger and bigger. To date they have been here four times, and the washer is still not working. They replaced the motor and now they say it's the Transmission. When we called to complain, we just got yelling and now they say we signed the receipt. And there nothing they can do about that.Review from Joseph E

We had a minor problem with water flow that turned into a blown motherboard through a lack of skill and knowledge. The worker didn't even seem to know how to shut off the water. He then blew the motherboard by using an incompatible part. The company then acted like they were doing us a favor by not charging us for destroying our dishwasher!?!?! We expected them to resolve the problem, but they then lied about ordering parts and sending people for almost a month while operating in a thoroughly unprofessional manor at every turn. They remain unaccountable for their mistake. Unfortunately, they can't even be trusted to solve the problem they created, so we hired someone else. I'd recommend you do the same. Better Business Bureau should remove their accreditation. They should not be trusted.Review from Veroika R

Horrible attitude. The technician was incredibly rude. He ordered a wrong part and never followed up with rescheduling and installation. I paid 350 dollars for a part I never received. When I called the customer service, they hang up on me three times when I wanted to reschedule. They are not only incompetent but blatantly rude. It is a horrible service.A-Appliance Xperts Inc. 8/12 collected $350 for panel for *************** - it was falling off This is a part we had to order 9/12 - left voice mail for the customer - no response 9/15 part received but wrong color from the manufacturer 10/7 scheduled 3 - 6 pm to install the correct color panel. we were not allowed access to the building 10/8 customer was upset about prior day - we were NOT informed about building time limits when making the appointment or when we called to state the technician was on the way.the customer allowed ************** to INSTALL the correct panal.Customer received the partReview from Debra S.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY TO SERVICE YOUR ** OR ******* REFRIGERATOR!!!! They require a $140 service call and they won't even service it. When I called them I told them the compressor went out and it was an ** fridge. No mention of possible recall. As soon as the guy showed up that's exactly what he said and that they don't do work on compressors. I said then why didn't the guy tell me that and he said most people don't know what's wrong *** can't take my work. A few follow-up questions could have resolved this but I now know they just wanted that $140. Luckily I had a stove that needed service and used that towards the repair which was still high. We are sorry to hear about your experience. Our daily call sheet shows this customer called because the ** Ref was not cooling and the oven ignitors we not working.When a refrigerator is not cooling it is not necessary the compressor. There are different reasons why it would not cool. That is why our technicians go to the residence for a diagnosis. We do not maintain a list of all the recalls We did not charge for the ** Ref diagnosis. The charge was for the oven repair.Review from Igor B.

We tried to do repair during summer break in the school building."A-appliance Xperts Inc." technician came to look and promises that he can repair the oven. He asked $2000 up front to order the parts and $ **** when work would be completed. After four attempts to fix the oven and two "Appliance Xperts???" tech were trying to do the job done since 08/04/2022 .... WE STILL HAVE BROKEN OVEN. We contacted the manager/owner and asked to return the part to us. Credit card was charged $2000 and we have all rights to keep the part.Our request was denied. He even said that we still own the money for the labor. Too bad. The tech should say " I couldn't do the job" in the beginning.The owner hangs up the phone on me. It should not be like this. I called and secured a quick appointment (the next day). My complaint is that I was never told there was a $160 minimum fee.I did not need any parts. The repairmen were in and out in 10 minutes. I simply had a sheet protector caught around my agitator. I was quoted $90 for the service call. It is a buyer-beware situation with this company--$90 is for the service call only to diagnose. I was told if I decided to have the repair done the $90 would go towards the repair. That was the perfect time to inform me there was a minimum $160 fee. Double talk.Asked to speak with a supervisor, but it sounded like the same person came to the phone. I posted on ******* Yelp, and now here. Hopefully someone else checks out the reviews before using the company.Review from debra m

repairman did nothing but open the doors to check my refrigerator for the problem of not cooling. decided it was compressor by looking into refrigerator. cost of repair would be $1700.00.charged $90.00 for service call. I called a second repair company, he removed back of the inside wall of refrigerator and determined it was a fan. replaced on the spot and working great. at a cost of $250.00 I called this repair company back and told them they incorrectly diagnosed the problem and was informed to email copy of second repair bill and they would reimburse me for service fee. now they are saying they will not reimburse me. He came out and as soon as he saw my fridge he told me it Was a bad design and that I needed a new fridge. No resolution. Needed to call ** and demand new fridge charged me 140$ did nothing. Called ** they came out defrosted my fridge and replaced the fan. 125$ warranty for ten years. This company scam Artists.A-Appliance Xperts Inc. Response

We are still waiting for a manager to call us. The worker came in you out house we told him what was going on, what we tried. He opened and closed door. Problem was with not getting water through a new filter when inserted but taking filter out we were getting water. He called a ***** to chit chat for 10 min wasnt talking about fridge just about what they talked about earlier. Loud and not professional. He never touched the fridge to see the issue just was on his knees looking at computer for 15 min until he said how much all the parts would be to fix. ****** If you don't try to see for your self what is problem how can you diagnose. I called the company on phone said he told manager all we needed was a new filter???? They believed him then why a quote for 360 parts alone. Our fridge still needs repair. I asked for manager he was BUSY i asked for a call back never got one. we want our 90 back since he didn't even try to look like he knew what he was doing walking through a front door should not entitle you to 90 without touching an applianceA-Appliance Xperts Inc.
