On Wednesday evening 7/17, I ordered lunch for the next day 7/18 through Pizza Capri (*********, **) location. I selected "Place order with" DoorDash for delivery. I was then routed to a DoorDash landing page to complete my order. At the time, the website I was ordering from was "doordash.com/............". Upon delivery I was given a receipt from the driver with order info but no payment info. When I called Pizza Capri they stated that they didn't take any payment info so they didn't have any info to give me. I called DoorDash and they stated the same thing about Pizza Capri. The DoorDash rep then called Pizza Capri while I was on the line to straighten this out and someone at Pizza Capri stated that they didn't have the info again and hung up on the DoorDash rep. I am looking for the financial info attached to that order so that it can be expensed by the person who paid (*****************************). Here are a few things to note: 1. The credit card charge is by Pizza Capri. 2. Their are at least 2 landing pages for Pizza Capri because I've seen both. One will come up with the direct store that your search engine remembers (********* Location) and 1 is for the general store. You have to pick a location, catering/regular menu, etc. This is the page I was on when I selected DoorDash for delivery.
