      DO NOT PAY FOR TWO DAY SHIPPING!!! It is not two days from the date your order, it is the date the FINAL pull and ship from the warehouse. Which is several days later. They are completely aware that it is misleading and DO NOT CARE!

      Returnable products are subject to the ridiculous 25% restocking fee + shipping cost. A standard fixture that could be returned free if ordered at a major retailer with Lightology will cost you 30% to get off of your hands.Don't shop here unless you really know what you're doing. And even if you are, you're better off buying from a reputable place with reasonable return policy and adequate customer service.

      Terrible and extremely slow service.They seem to refuse to acknowledge the fact that supply chain and delays has made it impossible to not order things months and months in advance. Part of our order was never even received and we had to cancel after almost 8 months of waiting. How are we supposed to deal with that? Theres no penalty on their end for making us wait 8 months for the product to be delivered, but if we dont have the contractor there ready to install within *************************************************************************** refunded? And when the problem was found, months went by waiting for a reply as we waited for the correct pieces (that I had already paid for) and they never sent themand we still dont have them. The buying policy should be buyer beware or purchase at your own risk because theres no guarantee the product will ever even show up and if it does you better have the experts there waiting for them so you dont get stuck with a worthless product you cant use. I purchased close to 10 thousand dollars worth of lights for our new build. And I dealt with delay after delay after delay because the shipping and product availability was all messed up. It was constant excuses as to why I didnt have the things I ordered. And I was understanding - it was a difficult time for everyone. But when I finally get the products and dont respond fast enough that it doesnt even have all the pieces to make it function they cant work to find a way to make it right on a $900 set of fixtures..? Seems like they have a lot of excuses as to why they cant do their part on time but no patience for anyone to take the time they need to make sure the product works.

      Awful company. Cheap fixtures for exorbitant prices. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Awful experience with lights that arrived and looked nothing like what was on the website. I am now paying a $600 restocking fee for a $2k order. RIDICULOUS and AWFUL.

      The worst company I ever dealt with. Totally incompetent. The fiasco is never ending. Never deal with these people. I chose them based on price and you know how that ends. Paid $3,000 + for a floor lamp. Came unassembled which was never mentioned. 3 different deliveries and still missing essential parts. No instructions. Different service people every time we communicate. No consistency.Perhaps more important, they just don't care.+ Asked for an owner or manager to call me, but they ignored the request.I hate writing negative reviews because we all make mistakes, but this is over the top. Run away fast from these folks.

      Thought I was working with a competent company specializing in interior lighting. I attempted, via an intern, to register for a trade account. To no fault of Lightology the account was incorrectly registered and it took over a month to resolve!With what I thought were industrial quality light switches and plates I received primarily plastic facades. At upwards of $80 per face plate, I was insanely disappointed for our clients. What look like machined metal covers online, are 95% molded plastic! Upon inquiry I was informed Lightology scanned the manufacturer site to discover only select colors are metal! Its not noted on their site, despite being namesaked steel!Months later, I still DO NOT have a complete order. It was revealed in the inept and bumbled shipping process, a large portion of the order was a drop shipment! No communication was sent and upon inquiry of missing items marked as pending, they were declaring shipments delivered a month ago, after emailed notifications claiming items were back ordered!This business seems totally garage based! No one person knows what is going on with orders and their skill sets seem primarily based in pass-the-buck and gaslighting! More energy is put into luring you to their glossy site, with apparently no competence in order fulfillment, returning messages ad/or problem solving in a timely manner! This business is EXPENSIVE and a nightmare to work with!
