My brother was in a local Enlivant ************* facility and his condition was deteriorating.I arranged for the ******* care physician to meet me at the facility and he sent him to the hospital. No blood pressure checks were ever made and he was neglected. He was dehydrated with low blood pressure and a low potassium level. He spent several days in the hospital recovering from his condition and then transferred to a nursing home. They did not check on him to see if he was eating or drinking. They also increased the cost of care with no increase in the level of care which warranted the additional cost. I give them a one star rating.

We moved my mother out of a local Enlivant facility because management was utterly incompetent. They "lost" $19000 worth of payments and even after I provided proof that those payments were made, I am still getting bills. My mother's toenails had grown over the top of her toe and under the toe pad and no one noticed. Management at the place where she was is appalling. Absolutely appalling. 2 months after the "payment" issue came up and I provided proof, I am being threatened with collections and no one there seems to be competent enough to understand basic accounting. I have tried corporate and ***** My attorney is taking over because I am DONE with this garbage. It is bad enough having someone have to be in memory care, but having these extra hassles is absolutely unnecessary. Zero stars.

The local leadership is kind and as helpful as they can be. Enlivant, the corporation that owns them, is trash. When we moved my dad in, we setup automatic billing-- $1200 from his Social Security, the balance monthly from my account. I had already ignored the myriad COVID lockdowns, the lack of staffing the huge effort to request any type of service. In July of this year, I found fraud in my account. The bank made me close the account and open a new one. In the process, I realized Enlivant had not taken a payment since March. I kep trying to contact corporate to update the information. Three different customer service numbers provided to me by the facility were not in service. I was headed out of the country for two weeks and had to table fixing it since the local facility wasn't ******************* the account for me.By the time I returned, Enlivant had marked April, May and June as NSF. They canceled all automatic billing and let the account go further behind! I sent them copies of bank statements showing more than enough funds to prove that there were no NSF events. Rather, Enlivant had just failed to pull the funds. I'm now three weeks into trying to deal with this with corporate. No one can explain the charges on the print out and the customer service lady keeps mentioning the "repeated NSF payments," which is making me crazy because they didn't pull the funds not we didn't have the money to pay it. We're now two months into it and I can't get a reasonable person there to work with so am now retaining an attorney. Run, don't walk, away from Enlivant!
