      I purchased Silver membership to eoddata service (orignal start date 2019) and annually renewed the service ongoing (it most recently renewed around October 2023 time frame). Recently Dec 31 2023 I updated my account information to reflect a new email address.The system responded with words to the effect : an email confirmation will be send to the new address, respond using the link contained in the message. Until then the account is inactive (can not login).Well I never received the confirmation email so now I can longer login to the eoddata web site. It reports either "Invalid Email or Password." or "Your email address has not been confirmed. Click on "Resend Confirmation" to re-send your confirmation email." I have sent repeated emails to ****************************** asking to aid in updating/correcting the email address EODData has not replied to any of my email. I tried the phone ************** and it had a recording which said something like ... this number can not recieve calls ...Finally I looked at my email history to find previous support request made to eoddata a few years back to find the name of support person and tried to email directly to him.The mail was returned "Recipient address rejected: Access denied. ... protection.outlook.com ..." At this point I have paid for a year's worth of data (download) access for stock market files (NYSE, AMEX,NASDAS,INDEX,OCTBB) but can not gain access to them with 10 months or so remaining.The possibility was some qlitch in the web form updating the email address or it's backend software or a typographical error in the new email address. Either way -- paid for data access, which is currently be denied. Here's my information, with the new address ********************************* replacing the old address (***************)Name: ************************* Membership: SILVER Subscribed: True As a Note: Both of my email addresses work, recieve messages and will work until this matter is resolved.

      I purchase 6 months of the stock market data for 30$ and after payment I was never provided access to the data. I contacted the support team and they informed me you have to wait 2 days to be able to access the data which was never mentioned during purchasing/payment.They need to clearly state to customers that once they pay for the data they will not be able to have access till 2-3 days.

      We have explained to ***** that the Intraday ***************** he purchased takes a long time to download, as there is a long queue of customers downloading, and the files are big. We cannot commit on exactly when the files would be available, as it depends on how busy it is (the holiday season after the New Year had been busier than usual). We did say the files would normally be available within the next couple of days from purchase. Because ***** found our service unsatisfactory, we have given him a full refund, though he would still be able to access the data he bought once available. As of date, there has already been movement on his downloads, and one our of 6 files is already available.
