      They sold me a bad engine and they won't cover the Labor I spend ***** for a rebuild engine from AutoZone which lkq remanufacture for autozone call they self nutech I will never buy a engine from AutoZone no more they are junk I see why now

      This corp actually took money from its commission employees they were paying us wrong we told them they were paying us wrong and they fabricated a lie to continue to steal from theyre employees and then when we found the paperwork stating they were indeed taking our money they said they wouldnt do it anymore. This company also violated my safety rights twice and should be sued. This company cares nothing about its employees or customers and if anybody reading this can help I have witnesses and other people that were involved

      Terrible company. Do not buy from them.By design, they have unclear ordering and shipping policies. I paid $500 to ship a part that then went to the wrong address. I then paid for the return shipping back to them as well. In the end, I paid over $300 for shipping for a part I never received.They admitted on the phone it happens all the time.It is because they designed their ordering and shipping process to be confusing so they can profit from the shipping charges while leaving their customers frustrated. Do not buy from them. You will regret it!

      They billed me for a lighted visor, which I ordered, and sent me a plain one. Customer ********************** had me on hold for half hour. The girl on the phone cracked wise on me when I asked if this call was recorded. She said "Yes, it's because of people like you". I was being calm compared to how mad my customer was at me due to your mistake. Still waiting on the email si I can return it. This outfit should only be used as a last, desperate resort.

      Ordered axles, arrived in great shape.Few days later one started leaking and they helped out with the cost of the boot/clamp Much better alternative to aftermarket axles They could respond quicker but I get the used parts business

      Bait and Switch False advertising is alive and well in the domestic used automotive parts industry. Scammers life LKQ / ADW / ******* *********** need to be shut down permanently and their owners and managers prosecuted for fraud.

      I have never been treated so rudely by any business anywhere. They were the one with the mistake and they proceed to hang up on me and act so rude! I am in customer ********************** and have never even thought about talking to people like this, like what are your company values, wow, I'm just shocked.

      Their products are garbage and the warranty is worse. I purchased an engine because the warranty and regret that decision. I had a certified mechanic do the install so the work met the agreement and the company couldn't blame the install, but they eventually did. The first engine was machined improperly and I ended up with metal shavings tearing up the oil pump. They processed that claim and sent me another engine, but they didn't put the snap ring on a wrist pin and it sent a rod through the engine block. My mechanic took pictures and confirmed it, but *** said it was Hydro-lock condition after they "inspected it". They lost the engine for 3 months before it could be inspected and never asked my mechanic for his diagnostic. I was done after 2 engines and got a refund. They retaliated by denying all my warranty claims. I spent 10K on this adventure and they reimbursed me 1200$. I still don't have an engine and they recommended that I go back to the store for compensation because they care about "Customer **********************". They actually said that. I will be going to my military JAG office over this. This company is a Scam and should be prosecuted.

      Quick rundown of why you should spend your money elsewhere. Granted I'm not going to tell you by letter of law that the manager **** was wrong, but hear me out and then you decide where to spend your money. This is really an example , and ******* Imagine a hot sunny 97 degree Nashville humid day, by the time I got to the check out counter I could barely see straight, let alone think of much but paying and getting some water. In my rush to leave I grabbed the wrong colored fender of the 2 I had to compare. Simple mistake? Just swap for the exact same fender, different color. I do understand now their add on warranty, and the practice of selling as is parts. But Coooome On ***** I didn't even leave the premises, nope. Manager ************ wouldn't even do a simple swap for color on a less than 10 minute old purchase. I call that first class customer **********************, and going above and beyond. I get it ****, I really do, been in your shoes more than once on "corporate policy", enough to know that $100 you made by making me purchase a second fender is going to cost you far more in the long run. Enjoy.Won't ever say I didn't accidently grab the wrong colored one, but **** today made a decision , so my decision and I hope now yours will be to take your business elsewhere, there are plenty of other local options to chose from. These aren't the kind of people I want to do business with

      Today 7/19 after paying $3.00 for admittance to wrecking yard I picked up a space saver spare assy from a car carried it back to front for checkout. Expecting a price of $19.59 + $1.47 sales tax = $21.06 total, declining the optional 90-day Guarantee Fee of $5.88 as stated on LKQ's website, I was surprised & disappointed when cashier #**** demanded $29.29 total. The cashier refused to deduct the optional guarantee fee as I requested & also failed to disclose a $1.78 Environmental Fee. I feel this is a form of deceptive "bait & switch" sales that is practiced routinely by this business that I was overcharged $6.32($5.88+tax) increasing the price paid by 30%!
