Hey I paid this shop to put a engine in my car which they said they can do it but after have my car since june 29 to September 8 that said the could do it and i had paid **** which is unfair to me as customer

I am rejecting this response because:
20619366 I filled a compliant against Trans o Mex First of my car Doesnt not work and they call me to come get the car when i when to get it it didnt start so I left it there for them to fix then the call back it said that the engine wasnt right which is was i made sure of it but also state that i have to get my car cause they was going to charge a storage fee so i went and got it which I barely made it home cause the car kept stop and not running right I pay them to fix my car I had to take a loan out just to pay them and still not have a running car That unfair to me a single black mother to take my car to a shop to get fix and it start not working so basically I just gave them my money money I didnt have They are very wrong to tell a story like that my car it just sitting thanks to them I want them to get me my money back or fix simple.

As previously stated the customer supplied her own used engine and requested for us to install it, she understood there would be no warranty on parts, labor or performance before we started the work. We do not warranty parts, labor or performance when a customer supplies their own part. This was clearly explained to the customer before the work was started. Now that the engine that she supplied is not working right she wants us to supply an engine or refund her the money, this obviously makes no sense and we decline her request.

I am rejecting this response because:That was a brand new engine that I gave them I paid all that money and took out a loan to still not have a car is just crazy n unfair to me as a customer I trusted them to get the job done and steady they did a mess up job and done wanna own up to they mistake I will continue to fight this cause it just not right and I will take it to court if i have to
