I purchased some skin treatments from this facility off a special I found online. After my treatment I paid the fee, and signed up for another appt. When I came back for that Appt, I also bought a package as they were having a special. I tried scheduling multiple appointments, but the facility stopped taking my calls. I finally got someone on the phone and just asked for my money back. I was told they would give me a portion of my money back, but it would be a few weeks because the finance person was on vacation. I waited a few weeks and when I called back the finance person had Covid. I have since called back 3 times and my calls have not been answered. I then disputed the charge with my credit card company, but was told months later that I would need to submit documentation from their website that was now changed. I feel drained by this company and think they are running scams with their promotions.
