Ordered a dishwasher from ****** that included installation (cost was included in the price, which was higher than the warehouse price). The installers said they couldn't install because a) they couldn't hardwire the dishwasher and there was no electrical outlet, and b) the water valve had a minor drip. I offered to turn the water off at the main, but they refused, so...The installer charged an additional $345 to install the electrical outlet and replace the valve, which is OUTRAGEOUS PRICE GOUGING. It added less than 30 minutes to the install (I timed it), and the parts couldn't possibly be more than $45 (likely much less), and since the gentlemen were already on site, there was no trip charge involved. The crazy math: $345 - $45 = $300 for 30 minutes labor, or $600/ hr.!Simply outrageous, but we were over a barrel; we needed the dishwasher installed immediately. I have read multiple complaints about this company, and this is clearly their MO: find minor installation issues and CHARGE OUTRAGEOUS PRICES FOR THE MINOR FIX. They are unethical and unprofessional. This company cut completely unnecessary holes in my cabinets without my consent, incorrectly installed my dishwasher and charged me extra to do so. Now they are playing dumb. Worst experience ever, I'm appalled that ****** still uses them.Review from JOSEPH H

I purchased a Dishwasher from ******* Installation was on the promised day. But installer spoke very poor English telling me all the things were so wrong with my old set up - valves, electrical outlets etc must be replaced before he can install a new dishwasher. He changed $345 to fix these things, which were all working but not to code. I paid $500 for the dishwasher and it became a $850 machine. I hope it lasts.Review from Christopher M

DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. Transmotion has provided us with 3 different delivery dates with short notice cancelation. They have lied about call backs and do not answer when called. They have the worst customer service department I have ever encountered. Again I would not recommend this delivery service to anyone.Review from Mike S

Dont make the mistake of using this company. Look at their negative reviews and believe them. Worst delivery company EVER. Did not show up for delivery and they will not allow you to speak to a Manager. I took a day off work for this delivery and they cancelled it with no call or reason. I only found out it wasnt coming because I called them to get the delivery time. They said several times Field Managers dont take calls from customers. They ended up saying they would transfer to a manager and then hung up. I would give ZERO STARS if it was allowed. They obviously dont care about customer service.Transmotion, Inc. Response

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company and their employees are inept, incompetent, unprofessional, and almost any other negative you can list. Ordered a dishwasher including installation on 09OCT2023. Delivery and install set for 19OCT2023. On date, installer shows me damaged dishwasher, states a new one will deliver/install tomorrow (20OCT23). 21OCT23 I reached out to company dishwasher was purchased from since no redelivery occurred and was told new delivery date of 08NOV23. A reschedule happens for 02NOV. Transmotion on 01NOV cancels delivery, rescheduled it for 04NOV. 04NOV installer arrives, walks in and states he won’t install. Stated he’d “done this to a few customers this week” and walked out of my residence. Their customer service rep Rocky very unpleasant to deal with—rude, dismissive, refusing to give information.Review from Shawn P

Pretty bad. ****** used them. They just reschedule at whim. Showed up early and expected *************. Installed an over range microwave. Install looked good and the guys pretended to care and clean up. They quickly ran out and after I tipped them (smh) I returned to find they accidentally turned on a range burner and melted a packing blanket onto the cooktop. I get it, stuff happens but they definitely did not own up to it and I am sure were ready to claim "looked good when we left". Thankfully I managed to clean it off. Either way, c*** company in general as they are ultimately defined by the people they hire.Review from Tarun M

The worst dishwasher installation service I have come across. I had to deal with them because of ****** send these people and I bought the dishwasher from ******. Here is the play:Day of delivery and installation - The person comes in, unhooks the existing dishwasher, finds a leak in the 2 way valve with the dishwasher. Calls me and says he cannot install as the valve is leaking. He was neither carrying the parts nor he is the right person to do this. He returns and says call Transmotion and schedule another visit with the correct person.I call them and tell them please send the right person. They reschedule the installation. I confirmed twice before the day of installation that are you sending the right person and with the right parts, they confirm "YES".Day of the second installation - The guy comes in says the same things as first guy and returns. I call them back they say they made a mistake and will send the correct guy this time.Day of the third installation - The guy comes in. Does not want to find the water shut off valve for the house. Since I am the owner and I am getting a new dishwasher for my tenants and my tenants did not know as I was not there and installer returns because he mentioned we should know where our shut off valve is and he won't find it (which is generally outside of the house)Review from Diego G

Ordered a product for delivery. Only availability that I have is on Saturday. This company has cancelled on me twice for delivery. The second time was not done professionally. They missed their delivery and when I called them they had no idea what was going on. They later came out with a lame excuse saying their truck broke down. I have delivered on trucks before when your truck brakes down you make two calls to the dispatcher and then to the customer. Also never heard of a delivery company with one truck because another thing we used to do is get another truck out there and still make the deliveries. Broken Truck was a BS excuse.Update:They canceled for a fourth time and they could care less. Now they are saying they never picked up the product even though the vendor says they picked it up on the second of June. I have requested for a representative in charge call me and they refuse to call. Not only are they incompetent at delivery but also in caring and un responsive to customers 1
