      I had a Pyrex 9x13 pan in the oven and it exploded. I contacted the company to report this and they asked me the following, most of which I had no answers to: What were you making in the dish? As everyone does something differently, please describe how it was prepared. Was liquid added to the dish prior to cooking? What temperature were you baking at? Was the oven preheated, partially preheated, completely preheated? Was anything added to the dish while baking? If so, what was added? Were any temperature changes made to the oven while the food was baking? How long was the dish baking in the oven before the event took place? You mentioned the food you lost. Please provide an itemized list along with any receipts. Are you still in possession of the pieces of your broken dish? Once I have received your response to these questions, I will know better how to proceed with this issue. There has been no follow up. I spent hours cleaning the mess out of the oven and lost an important meal that took all day to prepare for guests we had over. The only resolution is I am never using Pyrex in the oven again and will never buy more.

      Instant Brands ***************** went out of their way to help me this holiday season when I unfortunately dropped my sisters Air Fryer basket and damaged the handle. **************** was able to help me find a replacement basket, and had it shipped within days. Thank you for their support and quick action

      I ordered a set of Corelle Dishes on 8/7 on sale and received them on 8/14. I realized I ordered the wrong ones and returned them according to their instructions the next day. They confirmed they received the merchandise on 8/22 but it would be an $8 fee and ************************************************** the account and were unclear about 30 days from what? 30 days from anything is obscene but even more so considering that I wanted to use the funds to turn around and buy the correct size before the sale ended. I assumed 30 days from when the item was received back, and waited, but still no refund. I emailed them and instead of checking if the refund was actually processed, they told me it would take ANOTHER 5-7 days for the bank to post it. Why wasn't the additional timeframe communicated up front? I contacted my bank who confirmed no such transaction had even reached them yet which means Instant Brands hadn't even started the process. I notified Instant Brands of this who said that the refund was going to be processed that day, suspiciously after I called them out which makes me wonder if it would have processed at all if I hadn't. I finally got my refund 2 days later. If they can process it so quickly, why are they making customers wait more than 30 days for refunds? Throughout this entire experience, not once did anyone apologize for the poor experience or take accountability for the inaccuracies in communication and lack of research and escalation. They very easily could have offered to waive the return fee or offered a discount for future product that I was planning on purchasing anyway in exchange for all the time I've spent making sure they do the one simple thing they said they would. Corelle is a wonderful brand but their good name is now being sullied by their association with Instant Brands. Their staff clearly needs training in accountability, accuracy, and escalation practices and their company values need a total overhaul.

      The product is advertised as fitting a Pyrex 232 dish that I purchased many years ago. This is patently false advertising. They company did not post my polite, though honest review submitted to spare other unsuspecting customers who wish to purchase a lid for their Pyrex model 232 baking dish.       I purchased a set of food storage containers from ******* The box said for any problems contact Snapware.com. I did and got a response from a company called Instant Brands. I have tried several times to reach both email addresses and they are non existent on the web. Do NOT purchase anything from this company. My initial request for replacement parts got me an instant return email that was just a basic form letter with a case number. When I went back to try and get an answer to my Case Number....I got the same form letter with a different case number.

      Ordered a set of dishes from the Corelle-Outlets for a total of *****. My chard was charged ***** with no reason as to why. I have since emailed them from the web site and have not heard back from them as of yet. If no response in 24 hours I'm contacting the card company and disputing the charges to have them reversed. Bad company, learned my ****** to read reviews on here before I purchase anything.

      Absolutely horrible company to deal with. I placed an order on 12/2/21 for 2 sets of dishes and tumblers for my son/daughter-in-law for an Xmas gift. After hearing nothing for 2 weeks and on-line tracking just showing "in progress", I called the company (I ordered from Corelle.com but responses come from Instant Brands). After an extensive wait for a rep, the rep was not able to tell me where my order was in their process or when it would ship, but it was "too far along to cancel it". They stated I would receive an email from *** once it ships (not even an email from them, but from ***). I asked to talk to a supervisor and the rep said she would have one call. Instead I received an email from a "Sr **** that just said they are working hard to get my order to me and an email with tracking would be sent once it ships (so same thing the rep on the phone said). I called again the next day and asked again to have the order cancelled (it has not charged to my charge card yet), and got the same response that "it's too far along to cancel". I want to order this elsewhere but if the item actually does ship then my son would have to deal with returning it and I'd have to pay return shipping, and with the service I've gotten so far, I'm not sure I'd actually get a refund if it was returned. People wonder why Amazon gets so much business - this is why. Tried to deal directly with the company for this product and it's terrible.

      I ordered an item and IMMEDIATELY realized it was not the right item. Tried to contact customer service with minutes to have them cancel the order so the product would not be sent. I was unable to reach anyone in customer service and the item was shipped to me. Once receiving the item, I was going to ship it back but I will be charged for shipping/handling AND pay $8 for a return label. I tried contacting customer service again for an accommodation to which they were unwilling to assist. Poor customer service, unable to do what's right. Will make me assess whether to do business with them again.
