I purchased a range from Grand Appliances in Downers Grove, with ********************* on 11-15-2022 I was given 3 receipts, I was told if I had any issues to return the oven. The oven was delivered to the property, and the delivery guys removed the old Range, cut the new range out the box and attempted to install. Unfortunately due to the range and the gas line the range did not fit. I Call ****** the next day to return the oven. I was told because the range was taken out the box, I would be charged a 15-20% restocking fee. This was never told to me when I purchased the oven, nor is it written on any of my receipts. I also reached I to Corp and spoke with a guy named ****, hecsaid he was the manger of customer service and because the product was taken out the box, I would have to pay a restocking fee. I explained that I was never told this when I purchased the range, nor is this info stated on any of my 3 receipts I was given. Additionally, I did not take the product out the box, Grand Appliance delivery guys did. Moreover, how would I know if the range actually fits, if it is not removed from the box.. Please help me return this range for a full refund. The range was never used.Business response
