I was rearended by a school bus owned by Sunrise Southwest LLC on January 13, 2023. I contacted their insurance carrier, ************************ Services, and filed a claim for damages to my vehicle. The ********************* were contacted at the time of the accident, and I obtained a report. I have been dealing with a representative of ******, but this representative has been unable to obtain the necessary information from Sunrise to allow the claim to move forward. I have tried numerous times myself to contact ***********************, Director of *************** at Sunrise Transportation LLC, whom I was told would handle this matter, and the office staff has refused to connect me to him. I was told a message would be left for him and that he would contact me, which has not happened. Both ************************* as well as my insurance company, are aware of this lack of cooperation. I am requesting an immediate call from ************, and I also want him to contact the Athens representative so that this matter can be resolved. I have waited patiently for two weeks. I should not have to rely on my insurance carrier to cover the cost of repairs and rental vehicle while this occurs since I was not the party at fault.
