I have spoke with the office manager and receptionist about a bill that has now been sent to me twice in regards to a scheduled root canal that has finally been completed. I was reassured that the copay that I paid along with my 2 insurances had covered my bill. However, I am still receiving a bill with bal due in my name in the mail.. I am hoping that this is not reflected as debt on my end as I paid what was agreed upon and my insurances covered the rest. Any extra charges I would assumed would be credited since there was multiple rescheduled appt due to the dental team informing me that they was not able to adequately provide me with a secure crown after doing my root canal and charging my insurance every time after numerous attempts.Business response

We do apologize for the misunderstanding. We have looked into this situation and do not see a balance on your account. I do see that we sent you out a notice, but this was to inform you that your balance was at $0.
