Office staff was friendly and helpful. Wait time was minimal! I’m sorry I cannot recall the Dentist name, but she was female. She kept me informed of what she was doing and why at all times. Her professionalism was great! I appreciate that a lot! Dental hygienist was kind and helpful. I give this Dental Office 5 Stars! I plan on sending my entire family here to this office, they were that good. I have a follow up appointment for a full exam and teeth cleaning and look forward to having another good experience! The staff was unwelcoming and displayed unprofessional behavior. Despite having an appointment, we arrived 9 minutes late due to my wife's severe tooth pain, which led her to seek treatment in the ER the previous night. OSF Medical Center referred her to the dentist at Secure Dental. Shockingly, the clinic refused to schedule any future appointments for my wife merely because she is Muslim and wears a headscarf. This discriminatory behavior was utterly unacceptable. Overall, I departed feeling deeply dissatisfied with the service provided. Discrimination should have no place in any professional setting."

Younes, we are sorry that you are unhappy with your visit to Secure Dental and understand that disappointment. Our East Peoria office is very busy with appointments and walk-in patients. Due to being late we did fill the appointment with a walk-in patient and we were willing to see you, it would just be a little bit of a wait. We have NEVER discriminated against any patient for any reason. We take pride in being a safe place for all patients no matter their walk of life.

The Receptionist Bre has terrible Service . They have messed up my sons medical records which because of that my insurance denied the claim when I tried to speak with the head of the office she is out till Monday! This situation has been going on for 6months . They have done nothing to fix the situation. My fifteen year. Is the one who is paying for it .

I went to Sexure Dental while employed at the time to get my top teeth pulled and get top dentures, with pretty good service. But then I lost my job & had to get on Medicaid. But the service went from good to absolutely disrespectful, rude, & unprofessional. I was actually called directly from Secure Dental to schedule my appointment to extract all my bottom teeth snd get my other dentures I've badly needed. So I go in for them to pull all my bottom teeth as well as being promised they will do my bottom dentures following that. Then after one month of being unable to even contact Secure Dental which wouldn't answer my calls or return my calls where I left voicemails. And after finally speaking to someone they scheduled me for my impressions... & the morning of my appointment I received a TEXT MESSAGE from a woman saying they aren't even able to do anything for me with no explanation. After this I still went in to see why. That's when they told me even tho the dentist said they wetr doing my bottoms, the manager said no that they were only doing thw extractions. Leaving me with no bottom teeth for now 2 months. They were extremely unprofessional about this and even had the nerve to tell me they don't even do dentures anymore...... so I had a friend call in to ask if they did dentures and they got hung up on... Luckily I went to another dentist after they left me with no teeth and lied right to my face about not doing dentures even tho I was scheduled the same morning for denture impressions. Secure Dental put me threw just a huge nightmare I thought I would never be able to get my bottom teeth & have now lost 20 lbs from being unable to chew regular food. They lied about not doing dentures & I don't believe they even tried to go thru my insurance because the other dentist that is now helping me said my insurance has officially approve top and bottom dentures. I strongly suggest anyone on Medicaid stays away from Secure Dental.

We at Secure Dental do not see this complaint being valid due to patient missing multiple appointments offered in order to aid her situation. As per patient chart our office had clinically fully treated the upper arch with extractions and dentures, we had appointed future dates to treat the lower arch in which the patient failed to keep her appointments which resulted in dismissal from our office.
