I had fraud on my account from someone claiming to be a "Chase Representative" so I went into the office and had all my accounts switched over to a different account number. I was told by the financial advisor who set up my new accounts that any outstanding checks would be good for 40 days and automatically move into my new account. They did not move to my new account even though I had to approve them. The checks I wrote, bounced back to the people I do business with and incurred a fee from their bank that I had to pay in addition to writing a new check out for them. I also, wrote a check out of my new account for a business that Chase at first cashed and then 4 days later reversed my whole payment to them which also incurred a fee that I had to pay him back for along with resending a new check. I had tried to get these fees reversed with Chase Bank since I'm out all this additional money that should not have happened, but Chase refuses to reimburse me. The lady I was working with even said they would reimburse me the fee for the check that they reversed, but then after my check was already remailed to the business, I asked when I should receive the refund and she advised me they would not reimburse me for this. They reversed my check with no notice to me and refuse to refund any of the fees. Not only is Chase Bank ruining my reputation with people who I do business with but now I'm out additional expenses just because they felt like not contacting me before reversing my check and not moving my checks to my new account like they said they would.

Employees not friendly as we entered the building for instance did not say "hi" or "welcome!" When asked to speak to the President of the bank regard of my issue she was very hard to get a hold of & no one banker followed up with us or notified us someone is looking into our complaint or that the president of the bank has been informed of the issue. I had to call numerous times to get a hold of someone from the business to report my issue or get help with.
