We purchased a comforter set from this company on 8/22/24, but upon realizing it wouldn’t work in our space, we decided to return it. However, due to the $900 return shipping cost, we accepted the company’s offer of a 30% discount to keep the item. Since then, we’ve reached out multiple times to inquire about the status of the discount, but have received no response. As of 10/17/24, we have neither received the promised discount nor any communication. This lack of professionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable. We will not purchase from this company again, nor will we recommend them to others.Review from Jay C

Ordered TWO comforter sets to be delivered to TWO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS, totaling nearly $1,000. After TWO MONTHS, NEITHER order has been delivered and after NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS at email contact with company, *** RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. In light of so many reviews of this type, THIS COMPANY is CLEARLY a SHAM!! Ive initiated a FORMAL INQUIRY thru family member who works for U.S. ***** of JUSTICE. An investigation has been initiated. Orderd a comforter and was charged twice for the same order. Contacted them by email numerous times to cancel order and never received any response. Now both orders are being shipped after a month of emails canceling order. There is no number to call directly.Review from Ger L

Biggest Scam. ****** do purchase you product from this website. Receive product and it was not as advertise did a return with tracking **** receipt but no refund was issue. I've tried to contact a my financial institute no help and no help with getting their phone number so I can talk to an actual live person instead of just emailing them back and forth just to get ghosted. Beware buyers!!Terrible customer service. The company may be a fraud.I ordered a $339 Comforter, the company charged me immediately I never heard from them again after numerous inquiries on my product.Still waiting for even a response.I will be turning it over to my credit card company. Do not order from them! They took my money for something that is not in stock, they didn't even send me a confirmation that the order was placed only knew because the money was gone and the shop app has my order number. Worst company I have ever purchased from. Took them a week to even respond to my email, I ordered It 4weeks ago and still nothing. Finally got a response from them asking me to wait another 2-3 weeks for it to ship out. 0 of 5 stars. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had buying beddingReview from James H

I placed an order on June 11. I have repeatedly contacted the company to obtain status updates, only to be told there was a delay at the warehouse. I was told they expected to receive the shipment between July *****, but that it might arrive sooner. I cannot imagine how it could take almost two months to receive bedding! And it certainly was not cheap. I sent another request for an update and have received no response at all. What a disappointing experience this has been. I advise any potential customers to read these reviews seriously before making such an expensive purchase. I am ready to start disputing the charge on my credit card, as I still have received nothing.Review from Lindsey H

Tried to cancel my order after reading reviews. Was told I couldnt but if I sent it back I could get my money back. I sent the unopened items back (box was never opened) and was told they could not accept it back. So they tried keeping the item and my money. I thought I read reviews and scams and felt comfortable ordering. I made my order on May 25,2024. I never received any shipping information. I attempted to contact the company only to realize you can only do so by email. I emailed the company and asked for a full refund and to cancel my order on June 3, 2024. First response was if we may ask why would you like to cancel. I replied please cancel my order and refund my payment to its original payment method Second email- you can keep the product and we will refund 10% . My response no product has been shipped please refund my full payment to its original payment method. I have not heard from the company since and I email them every day. I sent ****** for a California king ****** comforter set. I want my money back!
