I put down a deposit for a Toy Story 4 Pinball machine. I ended up getting one elsewhere. The company refuses to give me my $1000 towards anything else. I have asked for any kind of credit towards anything else from the company. They said no one time. Now they will not communicate any longer. They ignore any contact I try to make with them. I have asked for documentation on what they claim were the terms of my deposit. They just ignore everything. I feel they are being very unreasonable with their communication and willingness to do anything to resolve my complaint.Business response

We are sorry to hear that ************ is unhappy. Jersey Jack Pinball requires a non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 at the time customers place an online order. Every customer who purchases a game online is required to check a box that says the following:
"I agree to terms of the purchase which includes a non-refundable deposit".
************ cancelled his game and, therefore, forfeited his deposit.
If ************ changes his mind and decides to purchase the game he ordered, Jersey Jack Pinball will apply this deposit to the game.
