      I send billpay checks from PNC bank to pay toward the balance of ******** dollar bill I received. This company does not return phone calls, does not have something to set up a payment plan, and seems to have either forgotten, lost, or misplaced my billpay checks. I will not give them my credit card information. Billpay is the only way that payment is secured as this continued effort of making sure my payments are credited to the account has been ridiculous. *** called and left voicemails and no one picks up or calls back!!! I wanted to set up another bill pay check as I am trying to do this each month for as much as I can and no one seems to care. I will not have this go into collections because this company does not return calls. This has been an ongoing issue and there is no excuse not to call someone back - I left messages and a week goes bynothing. Leave another message and another week goes by and no one seems to care.

      Back on 08/30/2021 I had surgery on my left knee through the **** program through this company Orsini Pharmaceutical. They continued to send me a bill which was not correct and I have left so many phone messages for their billing department which all have been not returned. Back on 02/17/2023 I received a phone call from Orsini asking me if I would settle my bill for I think a 15% off price. I agreed. My bill was $2,130.93, I made a payment of $1,811.29 and was advised my bill was paid in full zero balance. I received a bill in the mail from Orsini the middle of June for $319.64 which is the amount they gave me off for paying my bill in fill back in February! The bill states I am past due 150+ days, which I am NOT. I have called Orsini since 06/22/23 constantly and left messages almost every day to the billing department to settle this. No one from billing answers their phone or calls me back. The only person who answers the phone is the receptionist *****. I have spoke to ***************************** one time who is a manager there on 06/29/23 who advised me he would contact billing and call me back but I have yet to hear from him either. I have done my part by paying my bill in full and because they have labeled my account overdue I DO NOT want this to go to collections. This is not my fault, I have tried to contact them for over a month with no response from them. I want this made paid in full as it should have been back in February of ************************************************* full zero balance as I also asked for back in February 2023 but never received.

      Orsini Healthcare billing won't return my calls (I've called and left messages 4 times in the middle of a weekday and spoken to the operator twice). I'm trying to pay my bill ******** ********** with date of service 11/3/2022). However invoice ********** with date of service 11/30/2022 is invalid. I never received the second shot and shouldn't be billed for it.Call me. Thank you,***********************************: 05/11/83 M: ************

      I was receiving Vyepti medication through Orsini and EVERY time prior to 1-14-21 they called to collect a $5 copay from me BEFORE dispensing the medication. Unknown to me in January 2021 when I turned 66 I aged out of whatever the program was that they had me in. Rather than call as they did EVERY other time before that they sent the medication and I have been receiving an invoice for $567.06 ever since! Despite repeated call and discussions with Orsini customer service reps I have been unable to get this resolved. Had Orsini given me the information ahead of time that I was no longer eligible for a $5 copay I would have refused the delivery of the medication. I am not in a position to pay anyone $567 for a single dose of medication. I would like the BBB to step in here and have Orsini reverse these unfair charges. Thank You *******************************
