On August 16 I was submitted to the emergency room at Elmhurst Hospital. When I received my bill I suspected that I was overcharged but the billing department refused to provide the documentation to allow me to review my detailed bills.There is a second issue a billing supervisor offered a 15% discount if I paid in full while I was on the phone. She refused to put it in writing and when I paid the bill with a 15% discount the discount was not honored and I am receiving past due notices.Customer response

Attached is the invoice for the unpaid amount. *********** was ******* Elmhurst and they recently merged with other hospitals and are under the *************** umbrella.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
The Business has addressed my concerns outside of addressing the BBB in reference to complaint ID ********. My issue is resolved and my complaint can be closed.
