On June 25th, 2024 I went to ********** at ***************************************************** to get an injection of a product called Jeuveau. I had purchased a Groupon for $250 for 30 units of the product. Jeuveau is similar to Botox - it is injected into the face to relax muscles and minimize lines. I have since contacted the makers of Jeuveau, a company called Evolus. They told me ************* is not one of their providers. So Lea ****** is lying about the product she is selling, because she cannot get the product unless she buys it direct from the maker. I have had treatments with Botox at least 20 times over the last 20 years with different practitioners so I am very familiar with the techniques and the results. Normally, within a few days of an injection, I will not longer be able to engage the muscles in my forehead, thereby reducing the wrinkles and making me look younger. *** at *** ****** injected me, with what she claimed was *******. I questioned her technique because the injections didn't feel right - they barely hurt. No pinch. No redness. *** assured me the results would come but I would need to wait 2 weeks to see the full effect. I normally begin to see results within days but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited the full 2 weeks. I had zero results. I tried to contact her asking for a refund. She told me to come in. I did but the business was closed. This was mid afternoon on a Tuesday. No one was onsite. When I called again she would not answer. She did not reply to my text messages. I went back to ******* to read other reviews and it became clear that she has scammed other people in the past. She previously had a business under another name and changed it due to bad reviews. I have attached an email from the maker of ******* showing she isn't a customer of theirs plus the receipt from my purchase and before/after photos of the "treatment" she provided.Initial Complaint

I received a ************* called Daxxify from *** on 3/13/24. Per direction, you sometimes need to wait ***** days for the Botox to work. On the 28th, I sent *** a video of the movement in my forehead to let her know the service didn't work. She responded back and said "no worries dear we will fix it I don't know why." From there I scheduled a follow up appointment on 4/11 to go back. I received Botox again and let her know on the 18th that the second round didn't work. At this point I told her I wasn't able to come back again and that it wasn't safe to not know what was being injected in my forehead. I sent another video and asked her to refund the $280. She ignored my text, so I sent another text the next day and asked her if she saw my message. She said "hi dear yes I saw that I have no idea what the reason is." From there I asked again if she could refund me and she ignored me ever since. I have been going to her for over 2 years and I've had to go back for touch *** almost 70% of the time. It's not safe to get medically injected that frequently in itself and being a medical provider, she should know that.
