On May 17th 2022 , I tried to purchase a Used"MagnaFlow , Catalytic converter,"part model # ****** , form a company called junkyards near me. The are supposed to be based in ***********. . The price was $769.00 . I paid them on this date. Upon talking to them they were supposed to issue me a invoice # and receipt right after the transaction. They did not. I called them back about it and they still did not comply. During this time my friend called me and said he had a wrecked 2006 **** F-350 that has a Catalytic converter on it that I could have. I immediately called them at another sales ph# that the had given to me of **************. To aquire a refund. Upon calling them I spoke to a guy named ******. ****** told me they would institute a partial refund of $180.00. in five business days, and that the remainder of the money $589.00 would come in 5 more business days after that date. I did receive the $180.00 on 5/23/22 which was a Monday. He then explained to me that the remainder of $589.00 would deposit automatically into my account on Tuesday of the next week date: of 5/31/22. When I didn't receive it that day. I called them on the fallowing day and they would tell me there system was down. I called the the next day on the 3rd of June , and on the phone numbers provided in this report. They wouldn't even answer my calls , from my phone # ************. I tried calling them from my girlfriends ph#. And they answered. And would continue to give me the "Run around!" Then they said they'd call me back. They didn't call me back. Then when I tried calling the from my girlfriends ph# again. They avoided answering her ph#. Please help me. Their ph# is ************. Their sales website is "*******************************************" . I've also provided the other website which is, "https://junkyards-nearme.com". This is another website they had me use to deposit the money into their account. It's " ************************ I used Zelle through my ***** Fargo account.Customer response
