I purchased t shirts from the online store. The picture of the t shirts provided led me to. It these shirts for my daughter. When the order finally arrived, the t shirts were not as pictures. They were jersey material and distorted the graphic on the shirt. The inside of the shirt is a different color than the outside and that is not was is depicted in the pictures provided of the shirts. The one actual t shirt I received had an iron on of the graphic that is about the size of a letter size paper. The quality of the shirts and the graphic looked like someone had made the shirts in their home. I purchased the shirts on 9/26/23. It was a total of 5 shirts for $83.75. I emailed the customer service on 10/3/23 because there had not been any update on my order shipping. I sent an email on 10/5/23 after receiving the items to let them know that the shirts did not match what is listed on line. On 10/6/23, they replied asking for pictures of the shirts so they could better assist me. I sent an email with the pictures and an explanation of what was not satisfactory on 10/7/23. I emailed again on 10/18/23 since there was no response. I sent another email on 10/24/23. On 10/24/23, they responded again that they needed the pictures. I resent the pictures on 10/25/23 with why I was asking for a refund on the items. On 10/30/23, I received an email to provide feedback on my recent ticket with them. I responded on 11/14/23 stating that I was extremely dissatisfied with the amount of time it was taking to get a response and that I would like a refund. On 11/15/23, they responded stating that they would not provide a refund but would give me $10 discount. On 11/16/23 I responded back that I would be contacting the BBB and would not be shopping on their site again.Initial Complaint

This company is most likely located outside of the country. They are misrepresenting the Artist Keith Haring by producing products with his name and artwork on them. The website depicts products that entice the buyer and then they send sub-par items. All items were described as cotton. They are not!!! They claim to have a refund policy but do not honor it.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:This company is misrepresenting Keith Haring. They shouldnt be allowed to use his name, and then produce merchandise that is not represented accurately on their website. Their refund policy is bogus and start offering at 10% and work their way ** in little increments. I want 100% refund and mail back the items or 80% refund and keep.
