Great company and helpful people they have 24/5 help available. And i am happy they support me for. My project on time delivery and completion I recommend 100% genuine company located in *************. I worked other companies they even do have offices in *** and operating from virtual offices but this company is real and with real people from ***.     

I recently ordered custom boxes from The Custom Boxes, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The boxes were of exceptional quality, sturdy, and well-designed. The customization options provided were extensive, allowing me to tailor the boxes to my specific needs. The ordering process was smooth, and the customer service team was responsive and helpful throughout. Despite my initial concerns about delivery times, the boxes arrived on schedule, and the packaging was secure, ensuring that none of the products were damaged during transit. Overall, my experience with the custom boxes exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of high-quality custom boxes can rely on them.    

I will begin with that the people I spoke to at the company were very polite throughout this whole ordeal. However, My order was changed without my knowledge and due to that I approved proofs with the intention of getting what we previously agreed to as the item that was changed was never shown on the proofs. Upon receiving my order and calling to figure out what happened, the sales rep was quick to blame me stating I approved the proofs they sent but then saying the understood the confusion admitting that he never told me they changed the order. The matter was forwarded to the manager who stated the same claims as the sales rep, blaming me for the mishap, but offered a partial refund. I didn't have time to send the whole order back, not that they presented that option, so I accepted the agreement of a partial refund which then took over a month to receive. I gives two stars because in the end the product I received isn't necessarily bad, it's just not what I agreed to via several phone calls and emails and then to be blamed for that was insulting.

This is the worst company I ever dealt with: very poor customer service, very inferior products, delays, and excuses. I placed an order for **** boxes and paid in advance after they lost my sample kit; I was sent defective boxes. They refused to refund me, and now I have filed a Lawsuit to recover my losses. My advice, DO NOT PLACE ORDERS WITH THIS COMPANY!

BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT DELIVER THE ***** ON TIME OR IN A USABLE FASHION..IF AT ALL. I am a start-up beauty business that ordered Shipping Boxes and Inserts for a launch. After taking the sizable deposit, a week before the goods were due, the Company said they couldn't make the originally committed ship date. I then insisted because my company has to have shipping boxes to ship orders to customers! They then sent the poorest quality materials that were falling apart, crushed and unusable. It was clear that they threw it together with people who didn't know what they were doing. The inserts looked like a kindergarten craft project with mis-matched cutting, every one was coming apart, glue everywhere. ON EVERY SINGLE ONE. They then tried to blame me for having to ship it express when it was their Quality deficiency that created the issue! My warehouse manager said it was THE WORSE QUALITY OF A PRODUCT THAT THEY HAVE EVER SEEN OR HAD ARRIVE IN THEIR CAREER OF OVER 2 DECADES. THE WORST. Custom Boxes is NOT taking accountability for their mistakes, not refunding the items of poor quality, and NOT DOING ANYTHING to remedy the situation despite the GREAT HARM and EXPENSE they have caused my business. DO NOT USE THEM!! WORK WITH ANOTHER REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT STANDS BY THEIR PRODUCTS AND THEIR MISTAKES. THIS ONE DOESN'T.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! After trying to work on a project for over a year and not being satisfied with the quality of the proofs, I requested a deposit refund and have been waiting for over 5 months only be ignored by my sales rep, the supports@thecustomboxes email and when calling or using their online chat just getting the runaround to contact my rep or the supports email. They also give you the impression that the boxes are manufactured in house (even stating via email that they are "100% in house manufacturing within *******") when my rep actually confirmed that my proofs were in fact coming from overseas. Do not waste your time or money.

Great work guys! A Representative, *******************, assisted me through the whole process of design to ordering, and shipping. After getting the design approved it took them only 2 days to create and ship 250 packages. I was really surprised. They managed also to help me with design and showed me quotes and even the design, and left me very satisfied.I recommend using their design service because they know exactly what works with their machines and employees.Everyone was very well knowledge, I can say I am going to be using them as a primary source for packaging. 10/10 Reading the other reviews, I can say they approved from 2021, and are a great company now.

As hard as they seemed to try, they just couldn't get it right. Customer service is pretty responsive, but their printing, folding, and gluing was attrocious! Bad color match, ***** folded boxes that couldn't even stay closed. I highly recommend you AVOID this company. Frankly, they cost me a very good customer that had to launch a product with defective packaging. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING thecustomboxes.com.
