On two separate occasions, I utilized Atlas Restoration. #1) drain tiles installed and cracks sealed in basement walls (2017), and #2) shoring up a garage wall with pilings (2023), Atlas Restoration is knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. I have no hesitation in recommending Atlas Restoration for waterproofing and/or foundation repairs.

This company came to work on my backyard on June 25th, and they worked for two days, installing Hydraway drainage. However, I've been trying to resolve issues with their work ever since. Initially, their communication was good, and they were responsive until the job was paid. But after that, I encountered problems with the work, and I've struggled to reach anyone to address them. My first contact ****** never responded to my calls and messages, and the second ****** also didn't reply. Finally, I managed to get a hold of one of their project managers, and he agreed to stop by. When he visited, I showed him all the issues, including water still pooling in the same area, despite spending thousands of dollars to fix it. He acknowledged some of the issues, dismissed others, and promised to send someone to address them. He also acknowledged and apologized for the poor communication. However, its now been two months, and despite having all the pictures and videos documenting everything from the day they first did the work, the inspection, and even the days when it rained I'm still dealing with these problems. They haven't responded to my follow-ups. It seems that once they secure your business, their level of care and communication drops off significantly. Keep this in mind if you're considering working with them. I left a review on ******, they didn't care about that as well. I would definitely suggest going with another company that does the job better and at least communicates with you. With this company, I did not get any of these, even though I paid more than what other companies were asking for.    

They are not an honorable company. They did not initially compete the job they quoted me for. They wanted to charge me ***** for a half day of work. When I didn't pay ** they didn't finish the job, they put a lien on my property, I talked to the owner, who was a loose ****** and said incredibly degrading things to me, finally agrees to compete the project- but didn't remove lien, just a horrible experience, save your time and money and go elsewhere 

They partially finished the work they promised,they always promised to right their wrongs but they never really wanted to fix things
