BBB Complaint # ********.
This is the same person and the same complaint as Case # ******** in which the BBB determined our company has addressed the issues within the complaint and has closed the case.
We are aware the consumer notified your office that they are not satisfied, which may be why she is filing another complaint on a related company?
I have attached the transcripts from complaint # ******** so you can see it is the same person and the same complaint, not a new complaint.

I am rejecting this response because:
This is a brand new complaint for Shodeen Management! The previous attached claim they submitted was for a different company entirely, according to them. According to them, Shodeen Management owns ********************. The previous claim was for a different company called Shodeen Homes. Brand new complaint!

Shodeen Management does not own, or operate, ********************, but they do manage the building ********* The Dam, in which ******************** is a tenant.
Regardless of the above, ******************** has apologized and continues to apologize for any inconvenience. The bride was refunded $1,000.00 for any errors and/or issues we were made aware of initially by the bride.
Unfortunately many of the items she raised in the BBB complaint are inconsistent with what she originally shared with ********************. While ******************** disputes many of her claims, they remain sensitive to her disappointment. ******************** did provide a refund within three (3) days of being made aware of Ms. ******* original complaints for any errors and/or disappointment.
However, we have serious concerns about certain allegations raised by the bride and would welcome her providing us with additional details directly so that we can
properly, and thoroughly, investigate this further on our end.Customer response
