I have copies of all correspondence, purchases and postage.I ordered form this company in late November. Three Soup Troupe blind boxes. For ***** plus postage. ***** total. I received three ****** ********* blind boxes instead. With no customer service I was forced to make an account with the company to correspond. I was sent a return label but was told I would have to pay the postage but it would be returned as well. Which I did. I received a message that I had been refunded but no refund. I contacted them again they said they would refund but no refund again. I am a single mom and not only am I out the *****. But also the **** t Return postage to them. They just took my money! Please help! I felt like they were shady from the first correspondence so I kept screenshots from everything.Initial Complaint

These people will take you money for months, then cancel your order claiming they are "out of stock", yet they are still selling the product online and it says they are in stock. Also they will allow a pre-order on a product then come back months later and say they had a pricing error and cancel the product with no chance to pay the additional money. I understand that errors happen but the main concern is their customer service. You cannot contact anyone by phone, and when you message them they send you a formed response and do not answer your questions or do not contact you back at all. These people are snake oil salesmen and need to be shut down.Initial Complaint

I PRE-ORDERED ****S IN FEBRUARY I DID NOT RECIEVE MY ****S NOR DID THEY ATTEMP TO SHIP THEM WHEN IN STOCK THE FIRST EMAIL RESPONSE TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD INSUFFICIENT STOCK TO FILL MY ORDER.I ASKED HOW IT'S POSSIBLE WHEN I PRE-ORDERED THE **** WHEN IT LITERALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE SITE.THEY TOLD ME "IT'S FIRST COME FIRST SERVED" AND USED LANGUAGE THAT WAS VICTIM SHAMING. THEY ARE REPREHENSIBLE PEOPLE. 1. I HATE BEING LIED TO 2. I HATE BEING STOLEN FROM 3. On July 29th 2021 I preordered the MARVEL SPIDER-MAN NO WAY HOME FUNKO UPGRADED SUIT POP! VINYL from their website. When I preordered the expected dispatch date was supposed to be late november 2021. In December 2021 I had received no shipping information, no change in dispatch date information. I went to the website to view my order and the dispatch date still stated November 2021 despite the date having past. That's when I decided to cancel my order, it has now been weeks since I cancelled and I have not been refunded my money.
