Our business has excellent ratings on ******* and a long list of satisfied customers. We are a reputable service with friendly and highly communicative staff. However from the beginning ***************************** wanted to construct a custom service agreement and contract. He presumed that this contract would be beneficial to him and I advised against being too specific as the amounts of snow that would fall and when it would be cleaned. I also advised him to take our standard contract, which he declined. I have attached a few images with our correspondence supporting the facts. I have not attached our contract to respect his privacy and personal information. I would gladly attach it if ********************** is in accord. ***************************** was called on the day of the storm, and was made aware that the storm was outside of the scope of work. The colleague ********************** is referring to was our office manager who received an earful of rude and aggressive commentary. She was also told that ********************** had already cleaned his property and he is refusing service. Whether it was his belief that reducing the amount of snow on his property would award him a visit per our contract or if he was simply cleaning out of his own desire or anger at his failed attempt to create a lopsided contract we do not know. However I have a statement here saying he no longer wants our services. The site was not visited as per Mr. ********** request. The complaint above is null therefore if the client is stating the issue is a lack of visit, this is by Mr. ********** request. Per written and verbal agreement, the amount paid is nonrefundable and nonnegotiable. ********************** states and admits he is at fault as evidenced in our emails yet here we are receiving a complaint. I asked him why he was so rude to our female staff and he simply ignored the question after I stated an apology was in order. We concluded the conversation by agreeing that we would no longer be conducting business with one another, and that no further communication, or action would be taken. I am very disappointed that ********************** has decided to have a change of heart and create backlash for our business unnecessarily. I deal with all people from all backgrounds, age ranges, and lifestyles. I have never had an issue like this, nor has my staff ever been disrespectful in any way. It is unfair to my staff to deal with an issue like this, and it is an inappropriate and malignant use of this platform and this highly reputable and professional bureaus services.
