We contracted with ********************** Heating and Air to have them install a new gas furnace and air conditioner. When the furnace was run it emitted toxic fumes that give one a headache and sore throat. This problem was noted by myself, my wife, Mr. *********************** his helper ****, and a representative of the wholesale business in ********* (I'm sorry but I don't have their identity) where Mr. ********************** bought the appliances. Mr. ********************** installed three different furnaces trying to solve the problem, but all three had the same issue. He had said he would come remove the A-coil to see if that was the problem but he didn't. Then Mr. ********************** suddenly quit answering our phone calls or voice mails. Last time he did answer my call I begged that we find a resolution before the lawyers get involved, and he said "go ahead if you want". We are senior citizens without a lot of money and we are out $7,600 dollars, and don't have a useable furnace. All we want is for him to either fix the problem or remove his equipment and refund our money so we can hire someone that can do the job. Thank you for your time and attention. Please help.
