On 12.26.2023 I purchased from Range USA the advertised P365XL NRA Commemorative which included 2 - 12 round magazines, 1 - 15 round magazine a commemorative coin with case for $519.99 - after taxes totaled $564.09. A few days later I was contacted by Range USA to pick up the weapon. Upon arrival I spoke with ******* and then his manager ****** regarding the 15 round magazine that was with held in the purchase due to a resent law not allowing "extended round magazines". Since the 15 round magazine was included in the purchase price - I requested a 12 round magazine be substituted for the exchange of value that I already had paid.I was told to contact ************** regarding the issue. I exchanged emails with ******************************* who stated that Range USA is responsible for remedying the issue. On 2.5.2024 I spoke with ***** regarding the magazine swop request - she in turn spoke with her manager **** who instructed her to tell me the issue was forwarded to the **************** and they would get back to me. After exchange of emails with Corporate - their response was that they will not render any compensation regarding the magazine that was with held.I paid the advertised price which included 3 magazines not 2. I believe it is only fair that Range USA substitute the 12 round magazine for the 15 round magazine they with held.
