We purchased cabinets and countertop in April 2022, they originally ordered wrong cabinets and blamed us we then started dealing with another owner and when the cabinets arrived we had major issues as you can see in the pictures. Again there was no resolution but to blame us. Cabinets to Big for space, nonuniform cabinets, damaged cabinets, chipped paint, island is completely on level, doors do not close. They have lied to us so many times and have done this to other customers that there is no trust and we want our money back in order to purchase new cabinets of better quality. They even went a step further and canceled our countertop order even though we paid them for the countertops. These people are beyond unprofessional and need to be put out of business.Business response

As of this past friday 7/15/22 our company sent our owner ***** and a Manufacturer representative to the home of the customers to inspect and evaluate the issues. We have a pending settlement working with the customers that we believe will address their concerns. We have some replacement pieces on order for them currently.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: We were to hear back from seller and manufacturer on Friday with timeline for new cabinets and pieces along with a discont on cabinets. Again we are chasing them down for information, sent email for follow up and of coure we get nothing. We did not come to any agreement and we want the cabinets removed as they have done nothing.

We have notified by email the customer of the date the replacement products and upgrades that the Manufacturer Rep is sending to them to address their issues a value of over $1900 worth of product sent at no charge to the customer will be shipped out on August 5th and should arrive to us approx tuesday or wednesday the following week. at which point we will notify them and their contractor upon its delivery.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: We have requested the cabinets be removed and fully refunded as this is bait and switch on the cabinets. The cabinets displayed in their show room are of a much higher quality than the painted builder grade cabinets that we revceived. This was addressed to the Manufaturer's rep and to the owner ***** that these cabinets are not the same and they did not deny it. the solution to fixing the cabinets is not $1900.00 of free items, the items are to replace glides that were a manufacturer defect, broken and cracked cabinets and cabinets that were ordered that were incorrect. ***** stated that once everything was install they would then discuss the refund amount with us because they needed to try and get the rep to pay part of it however **** emailed and stated they were refunding nothing. I have asked for any and all documents that we signed approving this design and the quality of cabinets we received. We have not received these documents. We have requested on several ocassions for them to remove the cabinets but they are refusing. I spoke with another of their customers who had the same exact story and will testify against them if this has to go to court.**** and ***** are so beligerent that my husband told them they are not allowed to speak to me.
