Subject: Complaint against Salud Wireless To Whom It May ********* am writing to file a formal complaint against Salud Wireless regarding a series of concerning and unresolved issues that have arisen during our business relationship. Despite my ******* efforts to resolve these matters amicably, the company has not responded adequately, necessitating my escalation of this complaint to the Better Business Bureau for intervention and resolution.**Background:**I entered into a business relationship with Salud Wireless for a data storage and management project. The terms and conditions of this engagement were laid out in a signed Statement of Work (SOW) dated August 4, 2022. **Complaint Details:**1. **Billing Dispute:** Everest asserts that Salud Wireless had agreed to the pricing for data storage as outlined in the **** However, discrepancies emerged when Salud Wireless abruptly stopped payments without prior communication or explanation. This action left over $33,000 in past-due invoices unresolved.2. **Lack of Communication:** Despite repeated attempts to engage Salud Wireless in discussions regarding the billing dispute, data storage rates, and the settlement of invoices, the company has failed to provide satisfactory responses. Their lack of communication has hindered the resolution of these issues.3. **Data Disposition:** Everest retained data related to the project even after its conclusion without clear direction from Salud Wireless or its legal representatives. Despite our repeated requests for guidance, Salud Wireless has not clarified the disposition of this data, further complicating the matter.**Efforts for Resolution:**I have made multiple attempts to reach an agreement with Salud Wireless to resolve these issues. To reach a reasonable resolution, I offered a 15% discount on the total outstanding amount, amounting to $28,227. Furthermore, I provided a Data Disposition form for Salud Wireless to specify their preferences regarding the retained data.**No Response:**Despite my best efforts and clear deadlines for response, Salud Wireless has not provided any meaningful resolution or communication in response to my proposals. As of the date of this complaint, I have received no response regarding payment or the data disposition.**Request for BBB Intervention:**I am seeking the intervention of the Better Business Bureau to facilitate a fair and equitable resolution to these issues. I believe that a third-party mediator can help bring Salud Wireless to the table to discuss and resolve these matters that align with industry standards and contractual obligations.I kindly request that the BBB investigates this complaint and takes appropriate action to address the outstanding billing issues, ensure a clear plan for the disposition of retained data, and encourage better communication and professionalism from Salud Wireless.Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your assistance in achieving a satisfactory resolution.Sincerely,*************************** President and CFO *********************
