      Insurance check was given on October 3 Was given a date for roof and gutters to begin 6-8 weeks .****** received any calls in regards of a start date or follow up calls on confirming work.Just getting run around at this point on someone calling me to let me know when its getting done etc. Im starting to believe work is not getting done looking into legal counsel to collect money back and get work done before its too cold ..

      This company is acting as a PA for roof repairs, having customers sign a contract that if they choose to use another company other than them, they must pay 30%. The person signing along with the customer is a male signing ***************************'s name. In addition, the ** claims they are fully bonded under ******** Law. When I brought these two things to *************** ****** attention, she agreed I could get out of contract for 15% and she'd send her guy on Friday the 4th of August with the new paperwork. I advised her her name and mines was on the check and she needed to come. Never saw either party nor have I heard from them.

      Hello ******, Platinum Level **************** and Platinum Level Restoration, Corp. are two separate companies. You do not have a contract with Platinum Level Restoration, Corp. Contractors do not have the authorization to speak with ********* Adjusters regarding your policy. Only Public Adjuster are licensed to speak with them.All Public Adjuster contracts must be submitted to the ******** ********** of ********* for approval before they can be used in the public. The contract is legal, binding and is fully bonded in accordance with ******** State Law. Platinum Level ********** **** is licensed through the State of ********. Public adjuster fees are normally 30% - 35%. You do have an option to choose which contractor you like. However, in consideration for the services of a Public Adjuster, the fee is 30% according to the contract. If you choose to use Platinum Level Restoration, Corp. as the contractor, the Public Adjuster will waive the fee. As a Public Adjuster, you and I have been in contact many times. You had called the office on Thursday, August 3rd and I returned your call the same day in the afternoon to go over the details on the revised agreement, but I was only able to leave a message. *****, called you on Monday, Aug 8th with the endorsement stamp so the check can be deposited and the signed agreement that we had agreed on. ***** also has authorization for the company to sign and endorse checks on its behalf.If you have further questions, please let me know.

      at a time that construction was not easy and all supplies were back ordered and overpriced. They made things very easy for me. They worked well with the insurance company to help me get everything I needed. For me I am thankful that they were there.

      Hire them to do my siding in the summer of 2021 gave them the insurance money plus my down payment and still haven't had work done. It's now May of 2022 and I'm still waiting. I Would call them and they would not answer my calls. When I call from a different phone number they'll answer right away. They'll give me a date to start and when that date came they'll say they have to reschedule. Overall service is a zero would not recommend.

      Hello ************, I see your contract was signed on Sept 2, 2021. I am sorry for the delay. The material was delivered to your home on May 18th with every intention for our crew to do the work like we advised we would do on May 23 or 24. They were delayed on their previous job and Wednesday today, it is raining. I do sincerely apologize for the miscommunication. You should have received a phone call Monday morning with what was happening with your project.

      Actually my contract was signed August 31, 2021. Still haven't heard from you guys since you put my siding on March 26th. I called 3 weeks later to tell you guys that part of the siding came off and the city FAILED the inspection and you never showed up! It's been almost a year later and you still haven't showed up or answered any of my calls.
