Im trying to use my card online yet it states to call the card provider to have the communication method updated to allow online purchases. Ive called at least 6 times and not one agent understands the simple request or can help. I was told to wait at first because they updated it and it would take time. Then I was told my card was not even active so thats why it didnt work yet it still does not. The site clearly states a Mastercard notice by ********** to have the customer service department update my communication method to allow online purchase yet not one single agent is competent enough to suffice its own requestInitial Complaint

i had shop your way points expire in June. i was cleaning out my mom's house and it was very time consuming and i had to do it alone so very emotional. i forgot to redeem my points which were expiring in June and would like them replaced. I attempted to call them but the calls got bounced around and could not reach a person. i would appreciate it if they could be restored as it was over ****** points.thank you **** and ***** ******Initial Complaint

I believe there is an error on our ****** billing. In July there was a 900 charge made for two checks. One for $500 and the other for $400. But the billing *** for the July payment was only $400, while the other $500 is missing. However, through my bank info the $500 check was endorsed by your company. Will you please correct the error you made and the interest charge of *****.Initial Complaint

Since Nov, 2023. Mailed in payment have been held for processing. I have been told to send my payments to a local payment center in ******, customer service has been contacted every month since last Nov as my bank *** guarantees payment sent electronically (which SYW citi doesnt process) or *** will send out a check guaranteed to be received by the payee the date I have scheduled. I have no other problems with any of my other accounts being received by the day that I schedule payments for. I used to be sending payments to the west coast and changed it to the Philly payment center. The woman from SYW told me that the the processing time used to be 7-10 business days and that they are requesting payments being made ***** business days in advance. I have had 2 late payments ( that were not late according to my banking system) and have now sent out full amount payments in advance up to 2 weeks before the due date. Each month SYW receives the payment very early and I watch when it is finally deposited by SYW. I have had to cancel the check *** has sent and make a phone payment because they didnt process the *** payment for over 2 weeks and I would have been late again had I not made the phone payment. Banks charge for check cancelations and I am very consistent with making payments on time. I have a credit score in the mid 800s. Isnt it a law that they must accept payments on the date that they are received? I feel that this processing situation need to be addressed and I have tried reaching out to someone at *** but to no avail nothing has been done. I called my local BBB and they told me that I had to file where the headquarters was located. I feel they are creating fraudulent practices with delaying payments to access late fees. If you can provide me with a phone number Or contact them on my behalf and get back to me, I would greatly appreciate this. Bought a home in sept 2023 and I had checks to mail to my credit cards.they all accepted and those accounts were paid except for one account,CITI ******************************* did cash the check of around $700 but they wouldnt put it on my account. So I had the title company send me a copy of everything along with a number that they did cash it and they still wouldnt credit my account! Ive called several times and got nowhere.i canceled my account but still continue to pay monthly even though it shouldve been credited awhile ago.i want it to be paid off as it shouldve been taken care of a long time ago. And I would like my money back that Ive been paying monthly!Initial Complaint

I was charged an amount of $45.95 on November 2023 and now amounted to $200+ because of penalties. I called Shop Your Way by Citi several time because I told them that I didn't make any purchase from Peanelles and it is a scam. I did not recognized the amount that was charged on my credit card. What they did is cancelled the old card and send me a new card. Shop Your Way Credit Card by **** reported to ************* that I am not paying. The biggest concern is my credit score which is 745 has gone down to 650. And ruin my credit. And up to now Shop Your Way by **** has not updated to Credit reporting agencies about the mistake on my credit report.Initial Complaint

I called the company to request my account number so I could pay off my credit card. they gave me the information I sent out the payment in-full. come to find out the information I was was the wrong account number by 1 number. I have been trying to get a refund so I can pay it off. I have sent in every but of information I can to the company and get nowhere with them. the bank has called them with me. they say they don't Trace numbers or transaction ID to prove I payed them. everytime I call them they have no idea what to do or to locate my money. please help me. it's ruining my credit. I have been denied a car loan. it's really affecting my life and they won't do anything to help me. my account number is ****************. the account the money went to was ****************...Initial Complaint

RE: Shop Your Way Mastercard-Citibank I made a promotional purchase on 6-20-2022.I made a balance transfer on 8-24-2022.I mad payments every month for a year and all payments were applied to the 8-24-2022 transfer and no payment applied to the 6-20-2022 promotion.Both transactions were zero interest for 12 months.I called shop your way Mastercard and Citibank prior to June of 2023 to pay off the June 2022 Balance. They would not apply my payment to that balance and therefore started charging interest on that balance.I talked with Shop your way mastercard and Citibank in June of 2023. They said they could not apply any of my payments to the June 2022 promotion balance but would waive the interest charges. They told me that I would have to call every month to have the interest waived,I did that and they waived the interest charges for July and August but when I called in September I was told they could not waive the interst anymore and that I would have to pay it.TWO IMORTANT POINTS:1) They made me a promise and broke it.2) I believe this is a fraud and scam. To offer 12 month free interest and then not apply any payments to that balance and then to refuse to take payment to pay off that balance and then have me pay interest on the the balance that was supposed to be interest free.Oh! By the way they charged a 5% fee upfront.I have Recently (9-29-23) called both shop your way mastercard and Citibank to try and resolve this issue and they both refuse to do anything about it.All I am asking is that they waive the interest or apply some of the payments I have made over the past year to pay off the disputed balance.From 6-1-2022 to 8-32-2023 I have paid approx. $17,780.Initial Complaint

Purchased refrigerator 12/29/2020. Delivered 3/2021. We owe $179.18. July 2023 our refrigerator starting not cooling. We called ***** sent repairman out on a Tuesday. He looked said the model we have has known motor issues. He said he would order a motor and to call when we received it. We called the following Monday. We sit up a date, he never showed up. We called and were told we had to wait because he had ordered a freezer motor also. The freezer motor has never come in. Apparently they can't get it. It had been over 2 months. We were told they were going to replace the refrigerator but had to be approved. We have been approved but can't get the email sent to pick our replacement. When we call they tell us it's still pending call back 3 to 5 days. This has gone on for over a month. They did send us ****** for food loss. That is all we have received. We took out and paid for a warranty but can not get anywhere with them. We are calling the benefits office **************. It will almost 4 months in October without a refrigerator we have asked them to just put the refrigerator motor in. They refuse and we cannot get anyone else because of the warranty.
