I signed a contract for a full season of snow removal. The contract provides 15 plows for the season and any unused clears are carried over at 50% for the next season. Last season, they were only out 4 times. The first time, they only did part of the driveway and did not salt (which I paid for). I spoke with ******, she said she would not charge for that clear. There was only 3 other times. This leaves 12 unused clears, at 50%, I would have 6 plows for free this season. After not returning emails or phone calls, they finally sent a contract for 2023-24, but would not honor the unused clears that is printed right on the contract.Initial Complaint

In December 2022, we signed a contract with All Clear Snow Removal for Season 2022-2023. We paid $280.08 for 2 wide driveway $300/season without salt (received a 10% senior discount) upfront when signing the contract which includes front walkway/porch shoveled and driveway plowed. The contract states that they will shovel residential when there is accumulation of two inches. Since signing the contract, there have been 4 occurrences of 2+ inches snow accumulation; however, only one of those occurrences has been satisfactory/completed:-Snow fall #1 (Late Jan. 2023): Snowed overnight; however, did not show up until 7:30pm to shovel. Was told we werent on the early list. This was the first we were told about an early list which is not referenced in the contract. Before the individual showed up at 7:30pm to shovel, we tried contacting the company via phone several times; however, received an error that the phone number was no longer accepting calls. -Snow fall #2 (Early Feb. 2023): Snowed overnight; showed up, however didnt complete entire driveway (only did small portion) and tore up sod in grass. -Snow fall #3 (Late Feb. 2023): Completed satisfactory job -Snow fall #4 (Early March 2023): Snowed overnight; never showed up to shovel. Again, tried calling when they did not show up and received the phone disconnect message that the number was no longer accepting calls. We have neighbors who also signed contracts with this company and they have encountered the same issues of the company not showing up to shovel, not being able to reach them via phone and them tearing up sod. We paid up front and we are requesting a billing adjustment to reflect that they have not held up the contract. We do not want this to happen to other potential customers.
