I placed an order for 2 hats on 11/7/2022. To date I have not received anything. I emailed the company on 11/21/2022 and received a response from them on 11/30/2022. This was the response provided from the company regarding the fact that I had not received my order: 90sKindaworld <*********************>Wed, Nov 30, 2022, 10:59 PM to me Hi ******,Thanks for your order!We are sorry that this is taking a little longer than we expected. Your order is going to ship out in the next **** business days, but we do want you to know that were working quickly on a new batch. We accidentally oversold and were moving as fast as possible to fill your order and we'll try and get this out sooner. We oversold by accident, hope you understand. The new batch is almost completed.Please dont hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns!Regards,Customer Services Representative *****'skindaworld IG: @livingsinglehat I have continued to wait and as of today, 2/1/2023 I haven't received anything. I emailed the company AGAIN today with no response. I just want my money back at this point but the company seems to be taking money and not actually providing the product purchased. It should not take 3 months to receive an item. I ordered from this company in 2019 and had no issues but that has not been the case most recently.
