On June 23, 2023, I purchased a Westinghouse 12,500-Watt Dual Fuel Home Backup Portable Generator. It worked fine when it first arrived, but I didnt need it until May 17, 2024, when power outages in my area forced me to use it. The generator ran smoothly on the first tank of propane, but after connecting a new tank, it failed to restart. This issue has persisted, as it refuses to run after the first tank, requiring a three-hour rest before it will work again.The day after this happened, I visited the Westinghouse website and submitted a warranty request. I received an automated response saying, "We are working on getting your information to the right team," but I never heard from them again. Upon further research, I discovered that this model has a known carburetor issue, and many others have lodged similar complaints.I reached out to Westinghouse through ******** and ***** (formerly *******), eventually getting a response from their representative on *****. They had me resubmit the warranty form on the Westinghouse website on August 12, 2024, after which I received the same automated email as before. I was finally assigned a case number "SC293197 ", but haven't heard anything since. Ive followed up multiple times, both through ***** and via email, but have received no further replies.I just wanted them to fix the generator before the next storm, but they didnt, and when Hurricane ***** hit, I lost $750 worth of food due to this malfunctioning product. Selling a defective product and refusing to honor its warranty is an act of consumer fraud.Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 65" Westinghouse 4k tvs and had them delivered to my apartment. After getting them opened I noticed 1 had a bitnof damage to the screen but decided I'd still hook it up and see if it was actually broken.Well after plugging them both in, 1 of them had a big black spot and lines running down the *** It was obviously damaged in transit and I do not feel I should have to pay another $400+ for another company's incompetent behavior. I now don't have a TV in my room and wasted money. I would like an exchange for the same TV I bought
