They have called 10 or 12 times. I told them I was not interested, They sent me a product anyway, They then claimed my doctor ordered it, This is a complete lie. I said what doctor, they gave me a name I did not recognize, I am concerned they will charge ******** fraudulently,Business response

The customer (**************) called on 3/14/202 to inform us that he had received the product. He was happy, but mentioned that the product was a little big. He never asked for us to pick the item up. It appears he wants to keep the item and not pay for it. We do accept unused products back. We send return labels at no cost to the customer, so long as it is not used and it's within 14 days of deliveryFinally, Mr. ***************** he did not order the back brace, but we have the audio recording of him accepting the order and providing his address etc. .
