They charge me twice and refuse to refund me. I have contacted them multiple times.Customer response

angrogTell us why here... I was charged twice for my meal on Oct 9 2022. I requested a refund and they refused to give it to me. They told me to call my bank and dispute the charges. I continued to call and email them requesting my payment. No response from them. I have physically went back to the restaurant and was told it was my lost. I called my bank and they told me I needed to contact the restaurant for a refund. I would like back my $57.65 refunded back. On Oct 12, the charges were processed by the bank.
