  I purchased a Sealcoating kit which , when it arrived it was broke. They sent the wrong replacement parts and ended up sending me a motor that was also seized. The company that they drop ship with added them to the emails including ***** from NAC supply and they said that they were sending me a label and they would refund my money and now they are completely ignoring me. I feel like they have stole from me and this needs to be addressed. Thanks

  Hello BBB,

  This customer has been refunded, as per their request (see attached PayPal receipt). ************** purchased a ******** Spray System from us and we drop shipped it from the manufacturer (********). It was damaged by **** so ******** sent a replacement part that ************** had a hard time assembling. ************** sent 42 pages of crazy accusations and complaints to ********, emails to our website and phone calls to our office. We always responded and told him we had to work through the process to get a refund. He wanted an immediate refund, but we needed for him to send the unit back to ********, so they would give us a refund. In turn, we would send him a refund. ******** sent him a shipping label and he sent it back. We then issued a refund. 

  He was never once ignored, even though his accusations were abusive. All along we were trying to help. He became very agitated when he would call us or ******** after hours and nobody answered, he expected 24 hour responses. When we called back the next day he would go off, saying nobody was responding to him.

  Through this ordeal, he created a PayPal dispute, reported us to the BBB and gave us a 1 star review on ******* He was going to get a refund all along, he just didn't want to wait.

  Please close this case, as the customer has been refunded.

  Better Business Bureau:
  The company has indeed finally refunded me my money. I would like to end with this. I kept getting the run around by 2 companies and I also only had issues with installing because of the wrong items that were sent to me. During this time I lost over 5000$ in Sealcoating work so yes my time is money and this company was costing me both at this point. 
  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
