Our business purchased the Fellowes Custom Keyguard to protect one of our new keyboards that will be located in an area that would require the protection of the keyboard. I entered the information online as requested by the form that was provided. When I didn't hear back or receive the product after a few weeks, I decided to fax the form over to see if that would result in some type of response. Still nothing. I contacted Fellowes customer service folks, and was instructed to contact their supplier of the keyboard protector (Viziflex). I made several attempts to contact their supplier, to no avail. I have contacted Fellowes twice since then, and they refuse to deal with the issue with the product that has their name on it. They are asking the end user (customer) to contact their business associates to rectify the problem, when the product was not purchased from their vendor. They are refusing to stand behind the product that has their name on it. This has to be the poorest form of customer service that I have ever experienced. I am perplexed how a company would ask a customer to reach out to their supplier and deal with the problem themselves. Horrible experience to say the least!

I thought originally the company was of honesty and growth and cared for more than the business!!!! Boy was I wrong, I was unequally employed compared to others who had family ties into the company! We drive fork lifts and as expected I was drug tested after bumping a pole, however, another employee who's dad worked for the company and uncle and cousins worked for the company but yet when ***** got into an accident nothing was brought just oh be careful not an equal drug test or suspension for a day to here a response or anything. The HR misleads you thinking you are talking to hr and they are only security! I had an emergency I had to go let wife in she was locked out, I showed back up and security wasn't there to open doors, I messaged boss and supervisor and nothing for 25+ minutes after return and 3hrs from boss, after trying to contact boss and wasn't given opportunity to, I sent a doctor's note my shoulder went out and couldn't work for a week, on top of requesting short term disability to be able to check in for mental health. After sending the note on Thursday evening and after leaving and trying to return Wednesday night I was unjustly let go. They present a great front but unfortunately the bosses I highly respected before did nothing but a typical business cut. I showed up a few times after the clock but before ****. I get business but business start meeting isn't until after ****. I often stayed late and started early more than 90% and was discharged and ok on a technical aspect yes, but on equal employment no! The kid who family worked for company knowingly was dismissed from any penalty equally and since I showed I needed help I was discounted and dismissed! The company is a fraud!! The family is sweet and nice but the company was no family just a dollar. I put in more than most other employees. I owed at the end of year and was dismissed like nothing when returned after covid beginning of year and I as a beneficial to the company became a liability...
