  my name is ******* ******* and I have a car loan through Farmer's State Bank and I talked to *** ***** on the phone and he was kind of really rude to me over my car payment being late, I usually deal with ****** ****** but he is out of the office today, my paycheck got deposited on my debit card last night but ****** debit card has it locked because of a fraud dispute I have pending, I called ****** and they will not unlock my card I talked to 4 different people last night and they won't let me withdrawal my money. I know I'm late on my payments and yes I stopped making full payments in March 2024 when I found out my 2012 white Chevrolet Malibu has been swapped out for a rebuilt replica Chevrolet Malibu, I contacted law enforcement and they wouldn't even let me file a report about my stolen car, this car outside of my apartment is not my $10,000 car I bought from ********* in beardstown Illinois on march 27th 2023, I found out that this swapped car I have is from a salvage auction and my car insurance wouldn't let me file a claim on it, they said if I kept pursuing this car issue that charges would be brought upon me, my car loan bank book from ****** ****** at the bank the numbers on the front of the payment book comes back as *******, the money I was paying for my car loan was being sent over to a foreign bank account. ****** printed me off a paper few months back and it said on the paper LNS account, and BSA risk: 2 Medium . Why is my car loan at 17.5% interest I thought it was 5.6% interest? The papers I have from *** are saying that if I don't pay my car loan he can come into my apartment and take everything I own. I don't know what is going on but someone needs to check into this. find out what is going on. Last payment I made was on August 1st for $140 and *** had it deposited into a Misc Credit Account I have the receipt for proof. I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble or anything I'm just trying to figure out who my car loan is financed through.Thank you.

  I spoke with the other loan officer at Farmer's State Bank and trust company, but he didn't tell me nothing that I already know. Thanks For helping me. I will hire a lawyer because I want my original car back with it's rightful owner, me!
