I had put my trust in their institution and they misdiagnosed my breast cancer over and over again. I am now facing double mastectomy and unsure future. They still are sending me a $430 bill. Please have these people not charge me this bill .Business response

We are sorry to here about ********, We had 2 expert Radiologist review the record of this patient and we stand behind the findings on our report. The patient came in for a possible palpable mass. we placed a marker on the area an imaged the patient. This patient has very dense breast and we recommended an ABUS ultrasound which was also negative. Breast cancers can develop weeks or months after an imaging. ********'s diagnosis was almost 1 year from her prior imaging and the mass that was biopsied was located in a different location than her complaint from last year. Although we firmly believe our reports are correct and stand by them we have written off her balance to alleviate any further burden to velizara.Initial Complaint

On March 2, 2022 I went in for a urinalysis test and was quoted a price of $20 which I paid at time of service. The company then decided to overcharge me another $20 and when I called to inquire why I was double charged 100% over what I was supposed to pay they simply said that they are lab not my doctor had ordered the second test which I disagreed with did not want to pay and to this day just paid because I dont want them to put an illegal collection on my record but I still want my refund of the $20 other than that Ill never darken your doorstep or give them any business again for the rest of my life but that can all be eliminated with good business practices and more ethical business practices such as refunding my 20 extra dollars that they have now received.Business response

Future Diagnostics Group has a company called **************, we are a draw station for this provider. ***** come in for a Lab test which if postive requires additional testing this was explaind and patient signed that this was an estimate there was an additional ***** dollar fee charged and we sent him the invoice after the test was run. ***** called and again the billing department tried expained the process to him. FDG recieved a letter from ***** with his payment and compaint that he did not understand why we were double billing him, the billing manager and myself discussed this patient and decided to send him back his check with a letter apologizing for the misundersanding. We did not cash his check and sent it back to him so no refund should be required. I have attached the letter along with his signed estimate sheet.
