I called my health insurance company which is Aetna in ******** and told them about a bill that I received over the last couple of months from a health provider digestive health consultants and see which I have no recollection of ever visiting for anything.I called Aetna because of these unfamiliar invoices and they said to file an appeal which I did over the phone clean my DER5803NCP and mailed it to ******** part C appeal grievances ******************************************** because I have no information regarding this company or a visit to their office and yet they are sending me an invoice for $215 for account number ****** as shown on the invoice statement date September 1, 2022. There is no date showing a day or time of my visiting digestive health consultants office ever. I am requesting a billing adjustment of zero since I do not owe digestive health consultants anything since I have never visited their office.
