We purchased new blinds for several areas of our home through ***** at this company. ***** was an absolute nightmare to work with. The installer broke one of the blinds, and ***** tried to blame us. After sending him our security camera footage (which we shouldnt have had to do) he then took responsibility. However, he kept demanding we pay the remaining balance before the job was even completed, and he threatened to take us to court if we didnt pay. We paid the deposit, and agreed to pay the remainder when the job was complete, like most jobs similar to this. ***** then said he solved the problem but when we didnt act according to his desired time frame (sometimes ***** hours), he wrote threatening emails again and again. This was his ************ just kept turning it on us. Then, when we finally received the new product that we had to file a warranty claim under, it was delayed for delivery due to the recent snow storms in ******* area. Despite the tracking information on his end saying out for delivery or delivered we actually didnt receive the item for 2-3 days (which we knew as we were alerted that it was delayed). ***** continued to send threatening emails, belittling us and our intelligence, and our ability to complete a job (that frankly was his responsibility to complete, not ours). He allowed us 36 hours to do this before he aggressively followed up with threatening emails. This is a terrible way to treat a customer that is spending THOUSANDS of dollars on your product. This business needs to be on a BBB site of places to never use. They wanted our full payment so they wouldnt be liable to complete a job, which is completely illegal.Business response
